I purchased the lifetime access back in 2008 and recently noticed that my access to the. Pdf's has been removed. I emailed them and they wanted me to prove payment on a purchase that I made 8 years ago. I had purchased exam engines from them over the years and referenced those purchases that supposedly came with lifetime access to the. Pdf's however it was not good enough for them. I would not do business with these clowns as they don't stand by their promises.

I purchased an actualtests unlimited lifetime membership back in '07-08 for $99. The site provided me test prep material for the last 8-9 years without issue. However this week I logged into the account and had forgotten my password so I used the password rest link. I received an email from their system giving my password and saw that my access to download the test prep material I have had access to for close to a decade has been removed. I email their support address and I am told that I had to provide proof of purchase. I am being asked to find a bank statement or proof of purchase from 10 years ago. My bank doesn't even have statements this old. My CC company doesn't have bank statements this old. I have relayed this information yet Actualtests support will not reinstate my access. I have provided actualtest support emails from their support department proving my access and payment, the fact that I have an actual membership to date, the fact that their database will show my download history which will show my prior access and payment info, my prior support history, log in history, all standard areas any website will have, but they are unwilling to look up my account info. They say they cannot look up my payment info unless I give them payment info. Then how can they say I haven't paid if they have to know my info to look it up? What they say doesn't match and after reviewing the many other complaints on this site and others like it, this is what Actualtests does to their members. They have a lack of morals, ethics, and integrity. As a business they are horrible. They are unwilling to call me and discuss and hide behind email.

It doesn't matter even if you provide proof as I have done so and they have gone silent and still have not restored my access. I purchased a lifetime membership almost 10 years ago and I kept the receipt from PayPal. I had the same difficulty with them taking away my access thinking it was a mistake only for them to require proof. When I provided proof of my payment to learningtools.eu, I never heard back from *******@all,

Their exams often had errors in the content and shouldn't be considered brain dumps. Their exams did offer a means to study similar questions but ultimately you really should know the content and never rely on a site like actualtests.com to give you exact answers. Their business practices are complete garbage and not very forthright. I would have had more respect for their company if they would have simply put up a sign that said, "sorry suckers". Just stay away.

After paying for a lifetime membership about 7 years ago my login stopped working. Contacted support and was told I have to supply a receipt... FROM 7 YEARS AGO! I see I'm not the only one, they sell LIFETIME subscriptions and then cancel them and you have to prove you are a member... apparently they keep no records of payment or logs of what you accessed and when.
Beware... SCAMMERS!

I purchased their Lifetime package about 10 years ago. Aside from some bogus "answers" that I knew were wrong, they suddenly stopped allowing me to download the PDF files. I emailed their support email and they said:

I replied saying that I don't have a credit/bank statement from 10 years ago. Basically they replied I'm sh*t outta luck. They did send a follow-up email saying essentially the same:

STAY AWAY! Scam and their "answers" caused me to fail an EMC storage exam.

Had a Watchguard test and used ActualTests. Although the questions in the test were on my real test. All the answers were wrong and I was left second guessing myself at every question.

When I raised this with them and stated I had to pay again for to retake the test and I would like a refund of my money, this was their exact reply copied from the email:"Hi,

Right now we are not offering any money back guarantee. Our experts are working on updates and we will soon release it.

Please feel free to contact me in case of further queries"

I used actualtests 70-640 to prepare for the exam. But none of those questions were not in the exam. Although they said the product is updated recently, the content is outdated. I send couple of mails to them asking either update or remove the outdated content from their website. But they haven't done that. So don't trust or rely on actualtest products to do your exams. I contacted actualtest online support and asked why you do this type of cheating. They said "Only practice questions are available for Courses, SSCP, CISSP, EMC, PMI, Riverbed, SAP and Microsoft exams so these are not covered by 100% pass guarantee." Finally, they blocked my account (fefer the below email) because I revealed the scam behind it. Stay away from actualtests. ACTUALTESTS IS A RIP OFF!

Please note that, actual questions are copyrighted material of Microsoft and selling them is totally illegal, we are selling practice questions for Microsoft to get idea only, how real exam will look like. If you will properly study the material after proper understanding, you will surely pass.

Also, we can see, you are spreading bad words again our site which are totally baseless as we are not saying, we are offering actual questions of Microsoft and clearly mentioning to every customer about this & it? S a violation of our company policies. So, we have blocked your account and you are not eligible to access any exam material now.

Took a test and there was NOT ONE question on the actual exam. Also they offer no kind of guarantee or money back. There are lots of other better sites out there that offer satisfaction or pass guarantees, STAY AWAY! The guy that owns it too is completely UNPROFESSIONAL, states that there are more than one person but i have requested others to deal with and get no one. We have been in heated email back and forth argument. I will send you emails he sent me at your request if you want to see. He even agreed I got ripped off. STAY AWAY!
