I've purchased a lifetime access package in actualtests.com around 12 years ago. But on my last login I cannot access any material on it. When contacting customer support they said they do not have my payment record and deny my access and request me to show the receipt or payment record to them to reactivate my account.
Question were same but answer were wrong failed my exam $274 waisted. Stay away. They giving hard time refund money still did not get my money.
After having my account paid for back in 2009, they all of a sudden revoke my "LifeTime Access" and demand I furnish my original method of payment. I no longer bank with the original bank because of ID theft, and cannot access old records. Actualtests.com is a load of bovine scatology. No phone support, and like ALL the others, my access is now gone. They have taken people's hard earned money and run away with it. I don't think they are even based in the US. I doubt we have any legal recourse either.

I subscribed a lifetime access in 2008. Months ago, I tried to access some exam database and found my access right had been revoked for no reason and no notification. I contacted Actualtest and they asked me for the proof of purchase or bank statement. Who will keep such records after the account has been working for years? The bank also won't keep such record for 10 years time... It's frastrating...
My access was working a few weeks ago, I get the fake bank email from Andrew, I had my original confirmation letter, I forward the letter and they tried to tell me its just for Exam Engine, ActualTests dont sell only exam Engine subscription, it clearly states on the letter... Actualtests, Actualtests exam engine. 2 different subscriptions. These guys are cooks. Sad because it was a great product. I am going to small claim court just on GP...
I have used this company for years (over 10) and all of the sudden, they can not verify my payment information. Avoid this company at all cost. Scam.

Just like the rest here... They suddenly removed access to downloads... I purchased LIFETIME access between 2003 and 2005 (can't find my receipt. Too long ago) and now no matter what. Even after submitting proof of emails to and from their 'USELESS SUPPORT'dating back to 2005 they just reply and say 'submit proof of receipt or screenshot! What CRAP... they should have this on their system. THAT''S NOT SUPPORT. I REQUEST ANONYMOUS to take them and their owner DOWN! I would happily pay the 99 USD to have the owner beat up or taken out!
Like other users, my lifetime access (originally purchased in 2004) was recently removed and now it shows I do not have a subscription anymore.

We need any proof that payment has been made: either screenshot from credit card statement or confirmation email/receipt from your bank or the payment confirmation with transaction ID that we sent you at the time of purchase.
Only then we can find your payment and restore the access.
Since the subscription was purchased so long ago, the bank statements are no longer available. Would not repurchase from them, find some place that is more dependable. I'm guess they need some revenue so by shutting off previous lifetime purchases they can hope that people will re-purchase. NOT ME...
I bought life time access 2 years back and now they are asking statement proof. Now they have disabled the access. I suggest this they are doing intentionally and dont trust this site.
Paid for unlimited access years ago. Even paid for some exam simulators a few years back where it is required to have an account first. They locked me out and when I asked why they said that I needed to provide my original payment details, a purchase of over10 years ago.
I hardly used it considering how long I've been a member but the fact that I've had my account revoked without any means of a refund just shows the type of business it is. A word of note, the sheets that they have has lots of outdated information so you can spend time deciphering what is relevant to what is not. If I could give zero stars, I would and I will do my utmost to ensure no one else is ripped off from these thieves
This site has continually been going downhill for the last few years. Exam listings show updated questions, but when you look through the questions from old/new they are identical. I believe this site is finally just about dead and since it's no longer profitable for them, they have just given up. I purchased a lifetime subscription in 2010. My login works, but when I look at my invoices they only show the exam engine subscriptions I purchased. I do have the original invoice email and have sent that to them, but I haven't even gotten a response from them in 24 hours. Honestly I have to say that my experience with their technical support is deplorable. If you don't have a membership to this site already I would stay away from them.
After reading some of the reviews, it seem like my story is similar to others. Your unlimited access that your getting and paying good money for is only good until they cut you off without warning. They don't even trust their own confirmation email.
I had access since 2007. They cancelled my access in 2016. I had to call them to restore which they did. Now Again in 2017 they cancelled my access and will not restore even after I provided them the original invoice from 2007.
So it seems they are doing this to everyone, if you have an old membership they are are revoking your access.

Purchased a lifetime membership with actualtests back in 2008. I have used Actualtests through this year (2017). When I login this last quarter, the lifetime membership is removed with a one year subscription. I plan to report it to the state and federal government.
They refuse to re-enable my access even though I can provide them with an invoice number. I wish we could do something about this. They won't provide an address or even a phone number. The site is registered to some guy in London..
This is the second time they've done this. The first time I complained about 5 years ago, they just fixed my account. Now, they are refusing. This is how they are getting around the lifetime access... by screwing you over if you can't produce a decade-old receipt. NOT COOL!

Purchased in 2008 for lifetime access, now no access. They want the receipt from 2008. Scam stay far away, they close accounts at will, I was downloading exams less then six months ago and found no explanations in the questions anymore, they suck
