How can a big company be so irresponsible with its delivery service? Ordered some items on 09/03/2022 and it was supposed to be delivered today as stated prior to checkout. I followed it up yesterday and I was surprised it has not been shipped to my place. The very reason why I placed it is because I thought I will be able to use it for my trip which is 3 days from now. All they can do is apologize and give discount voucher. I want my items asap so I can use it for my trip.
Order received, as always everything is top notch! Great service, 100% original without a doubt, fast delivery, careful packaging!
THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER ON ME TWICE WITHOUT ANY PROPER REASON. THE FIRST TIME THEY CANCELLED IT, I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE REP IN WHICH THEY ASSISTED ME WITH PLACING THE ORDER AGAIN, AND THEN THEY RUSHED SHIPPED THE ORDER TO ME, AND RATHER THAN RECEIVING THE ITEMS, THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER ON ME AGAIN, AND NOW THE ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK AND THE PRICES ON ITEMS HAVE INCREASED. NOW WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, I AM ON HOLD FOR HOURS, AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. COMPLETE CRAP!
I am beyond disappointed with my first shopping experience with Abercrombie. I placed my order on 27/07/2022. My order was never even shipped according to the tracking information, but when I emailed CS I was told my parcel was "lost". I then did not receive any more responses via email. I decided to talk to CS via live chat. I was told I could be sent a replacement order for the next day. I could see many of my items were out of stock, so I specifically asked if my items were going to be available for delivery. You can check your records to see this. Since I was told all the items were in stock, I agreed for the replacement to be sent out. While still trying to resolve the issue, the associate disconnected mid chat. I was then unable to connect to live chat again, as the "chat ended" appeared every time I got through. Why is there a live chat option, if no one is going to help when there is an issue? A couple of minutes after the chat, I got an email stating all but two of my items were out of stock! I then had to phone Abercrombie CS, who confirmed only two items would be sent. I requested the order just be cancelled, because I bought each item as a set to wear together, and I would take my business elsewhere. I was told the order could not be cancelled. I haven't even been sent a new tracking number, has the order even shipped? Absolutely appalled by the poor level of service. I still have not received a refund for the other items either. What is going on? I am not being contacted on Twitter either
Although the shirt is light and very breathable, the quality of the material is extremely weak. I have had this shirt for 1 week and there is already a tear in the shirt.
I exchange 2 items online and they cancel my item when they received. They told me i didnt use the right shipping label even though that was the one they sent me by email. I constantly have to ask about my refund when i return or they will not refund. Employee named leslie gave me the worst customer service i have ever seen.
Ordered 2 items and they never shipped. I called customer service the first time and they noted they would escalate issue. The second time I called, there was no record of my first call and the items I originally wanted were sold out. The representative said there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service. I was happy to have found a revamped Abercrombie after years of not shopping there. Once again, I will stop buying from Abercrombie.
What a waste of time trying to place order online. We have tried to purchase A&F many time and we could never get confirmation on our orders. The reply is generic and useless. We have decided to no buy anything from A&F or Hollister again. Only other brands from now on.
Abercrombie has good quality garments but it is a little pricey. I recently went in to shop for my nephew and niece and was surprised by the style and quality of their clothing. They were both thrilled with the clothes I purchased for them.
Abercrombie has really changed over the years, the model of their clothes changed. But what is the worst part the customer service. I returned my order because the fit is really bad. I am waiting for more than a month to get a refund. Multiple times contact, first they said send proof of return, I did. After that the confirmed they will refund, but nothing happend. I emailed again and I needed to send proof of return again, and again and again. These people can't read emails. At this moment I send more than 10 emails but Abercrombie is not responding anymore. Really crazy! I recommend to never order at Abercrombie!
Last Sunday I made an online purchase taking advantage of the offers, I received an email saying that everything was fine, when on Monday afternoon they told me that they had canceled it, I wrote to them and they told me that they had made a mistake, but that they would send it again and also They would give me an extra 10% and free shipping, when reviewing the new invoice, it turned out that they had only given me 10% on the original price and that they also charged me for shipping, I called them again and the customer service response was that they They couldn't do anything, that I had to send an email to that department, they didn't give me an answer there either, so for me the order had been canceled since I had not authorized any transaction when another payment appeared, I called and they told me that they had sent an order and that is why they took the money from me, in the end they canceled the transaction and also without my authorization they took from my card an amount diffe rent from the one authorized by me, taking advantage of the information that I had given them with the co Because they canceled, I recommend you be very careful because this company seems to have found a new way to steal from customers.
It's very simpIe. I purchased a sweater on January 12th and returned it on January 19th. Instead of being credited the amount of the item, I was charged. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since the 21st of January. Nothing but frustrating phone calls and emails have followed. It is beyond my comprehension that this appears to be so difficult to process. I am baffled. What does it take to rectify a simple error. *******@hotmail.com.
They sent me a used hat w makeup all over the Brin and they don't refund you. This is unexcetable that I spend all my money here n they send a used already worm item.
Their clothes are ok, but if you have any issues, you will see what I am talking about. Their customer support is RIDICULOUS. I have literally never been spoken to in such an unprofessional manner in my life. On chat and on the phone, their employees are so rude and have such attitude it's clear they don't care about their customers.
I was unable to make my return as early as I usually do because I was in quarantine because I was sick with covid. They processed my return one day past the allowed date. I shop there all the time and never returned anything late. I contacted customer service three times but they would still not credit my credit card. I was unable to leave my house to make this return and am being penalized by Abercrombie and Fitch after making them aware of my situation. I will never shop there again. They lost a many times over customer.
Great quality clothes for the price. Yes, the can be too teen influenced, silly bagginess and ridiculously cropped stuff, but you can still find some really nice pieces. They also have the easiest fair return policy. Last, every time I had to deal with customer service they have been great. All & all, this is how you keep customers.
I booked a number on 11/27/2020. Received daily September 12,2020 but still not available 2 days later. It has been more than 2 weeks but the goods have not been delivered to customers, the transit time is too poor and for a long time. That makes customers really annoyed by not arriving on time
In the last 4 weeks I have ordered $500 dollars worth of clothes and a few of these items have been delivered used, dirty, loose threading and 1 missing item. When I called and brought that up, they told me I can't buy their clothes anymore online. Are they serious? They are out of their minds. The shirts threads are all coming loose. They are forming holes all over. Is that my fault? I will return everything and I purchased and shop at a different store... there's a lot of stores. Lol. The clothes at A&F are terrible, cheap quality and very high prices. It's not 2004 anymore... where A&F was in style. They don't even spray their clothes anymore and the clothes in store look hideous.
Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Been ignored for weeks via email, disconnected on chat and hung up on by minimum wage customer service reps who don't care for their job or their customers. I've worked minimum wage customer services jobs and I've never done that. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They don't care about their customers.
I have had positive experiences with their products and ordering online a few years, the customer service. I couldn't say is the worst, but not the best though.
