I bought two polo shirts in the black friday sales. One was white and arrived dirty, there was a mark or stain around the stomach area and black marks under the arms. How to return is unclear so i contacted customer services. The email suggested i can return to a Hollister store so i went to westfields london. First person in the store was not sure, the next said yes we are all part of the same company so its fine, when i got to the till to make the return the guy said i could not make the return and had to go tot the abercrombire store in london. I contacted customer service again and they just sent the same email out.
I have bought Abercrombie clothes off ebay before and had a million times better service, the clothes where clean for a start, new or even if i bought second hand. If i got problems i can post the items back with postage paid by the seller which is what i wanted to do here because it was not my fault.
Postage took ages as well.
Absolute rubbish. Cant believe i have to leave at least one star in this review.
I used to work for this company and they are shallow. Make fun of customers that walk in too. Very cruel.
You have to be extremely thin to buy anything from the store. They have 0 in plus sizes so it's best not to try.
I won't buy their overpriced clothing or anything.
Overpriced and UNDER-quality items. Unrealistic sizes. Every 15yr old employee you can grab (who by the way have NO concept of what customer service IS) and every UNDER-qualified "manager" to complete the ridiculous picture you have painted for consumers......well done (sarcasm at its best)!!!!!
Rudest customer service ever. Whatever you ask them, they don't have any answer. "Like I don't know, go find out yourself." They are not helpful at all and with super bad attitude.
First off, A&F clothes are not worth the damn price. If i found something somewhat cute that I would consider buying besides the amount of money they're asking for their $#*! I wouldn't. Every employee i've ever talked too there has been a 100% $#*! and if you don't fit into their "standard" of being skinny, white, and/or wealthy, most of them will just shrug you off and not even help you when asked for help. Extremely disappointed.

Love abercrombie, they have nice fashion items and great quality. This is my #1 place to buy if i want sport clothing and even some items for work.
Amazing clothes to purchase and it smell like good fragrance and i seriously recommend this company.
I bought a perfume on-line and the smell was not so good as usual. I just sent an email asking if they had changed the perfume, that's all, I was not even claiming anything. They came back to me very quick and offered me to exchange the product straightaway without any problem. Really nice service indeed!
But I love the style and selection
And even the prices are becoming more fair
Have that person you just can't buy for? Try here. They always have something different & new "just in" from somewhere... I really think it is... somewhere over the rainbow that they found it... it has to be, it is to hilarious to be real...
Can you say stuck up much?!? Geez! Snob city in there. And it's not like I'm not their "type", I'm sexy as hell. Hmm, maybe that's why... Because they were intimidated by how hot I am... Either way, never shopping there again.
Love your selections, but you should have your on-floor customer service reps pass a personality test before they take on a crowd of shoppers.
