I was looking on-line for a specific SAMSUNG 55 inch tv. After reviewing many sites, I found abctvs.com. They were the lowest price by approx $300. Since I never ordered from them, I decided to call instead of placing an order. I reached a sales person by the name of Jack. I wanted to make sure there were no hidden charges like some other company do by charging you insurance after you place the order. Jack stated no hidden charges and free delivery. Samsung had three TVs that appear to be the same TVs and yet a consumer magazine rated all three TVs. When I spoke to Jack, there was a fourth TV that was the newer model and said it would cost me an additional $100 if I wanted to order. He also stated that TV sells for much more. I checked and he was correct. That TV had a much higher price. But the TV I wanted had the features so I stayed with the original. The TV was delivered with 5 days and in perfect shape. I greatly appreciate working with Jack and will recommend abctvs to friends and family.

I ordered an LG television on Feb, 27,2019. Got a confirming email that day. Then nothing. Product not shipped, credit card not charged. I emailed and called them. Nothing.

Only after having trouble, did I look for merchant reviews. The reviews are so universally bad that I called my credit card company to tell them that I thought that I was scammed. They happily closed the card and will re-issue another.

Stay away from this merchant. Too many problems, too many complaints, and too much risk.

The TV is not going to be delivered as promised. I just spoke to FedEx and I also have been tracking it all day.

My Wife and I both tried to cancel this order. I tried on 2/27 in the afternoon and Al told me it had shipped which was a lie. The following day 2/28 my Wife called in the morning and she also was told it had shipped which was also a lie. Someone requested a shipping label 2/28 10:07am. After my Wife called and she spoke to you and then you sent me the tracking number which does not mean it had shipped. At that point, you still could have canceled the order instead of requesting a shipping label. A SHIPPING LABEL ISN'T CONSIDERED TO BE SHIPPED. Now I understand why It didn't show up when I checked the tracking number at about 10:10 am.

They aren't register with BBB so I'm reporting them to New Jersey state attorney's office.

Do not ever consider

Fake and fraud piece's on their website - they will call or email you after you place an online order and explain there is a price mistake and your purchase is canceled, don't waste your time with this company

Five star reviews look fake. Before I placed my order I called to confirm it was in stock and sales staff confirmed they had it IN stock. I placed an order on Jan-27-2019 02:53 am. I waited and waited until I cancelled it. I called and after being put on "forever holds" I asked if they had my item in stock again. They said they did BUT it would be shipped directly from a distributor so I guess they did not have it after all. I do not know if the intent is to get a hold of cc numbers or what. In my experience they are not a reputable business, stay AWAY from them?

February 16,2019 Don't trust them; I ordered TV from them in December of 2018 for unbelievable price but when TV came it was different than I ordered. Guy by name Mike Franklin tried to tell me it was what I ordered; however, I kept e-mail from them which they sent me to confirm my order. It clearly mentioned different model which I ordered. After I sent them this e-mail as proof they canceled my order altogether. Stay away from them!

Very deceptive, STAY AWAY

I ordered the LG Electronics OLED65C8PUA 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart OLED TV on their website yesterday for $1647. 00, and today they called me and said that this TV was a "Commercial" model not the "Consumer" model. The Commercial model was for use only in airports, and closed circuit applications, and was not designed to work with cable boxes, like Dish, or DirecTv. Etc. However if I wanted the consumer model the price magically jumped up to $2590. 00. Their website is very deceptive as it doesn't give the details on the differences as the model number is listed exactly the same on both models. When they called me today, it was a very high pressure attempt to get me to change my order. I told them to cancel my order and would order from Abe's of Maine, who has a great price of $2,069.00 shipped which is the lowest price I have found so far.

I had to continuously follow up with them to get the products I purchased and then get my refund one month after purchase. Worst business ethics and integrity! Stay away. Buy the same products for the same price on Newegg.com

Ordered my TV and it never showed up. I think they are just fishing for credit card numbers. I should have known when the price is too good to be true... its a scam!

The bad reviews tell the whole story. Chances are the good ones are from someone in their company trying to make their business look legit. Don't give them any personal information or CC#s. They will drag this out and try to up-sell you or sell you a warranty.

ABCTV--not trustworthy

ABCTV is making misleading advertising. I bought a TV from them. When I called to check on delivery date, they canceled my purchase. I was told the price was a typographic mistake. I spoke with numerous people at ABCTV, including the manager, but they did not want to resolve the matter. I will never trust them.

I ordered a tv on 12/20, about a week after that and as I had no news from abc tv's, I had to follow up to see if the tv was shipped or not, nobody answered my question, and as of today 1/3, I still don't have the tv.
The website doesn't even provide information on the order.
Not a serious company, avoid it!

82 inch tv

I didn't want to go to the big outlets to buy my tv, didn't want to deal with the crowds... so I ordered an 85 inch samsung tv, only to get a call from sales telling me that the tv from the website was a monitor and it's for commercial only, so I ended up paying more for another tv, it's been almost 2 weeks now and no tv, so I called the operator he said tthe tv is on the way and I should ccontact tthe driver that's delivering the tv... the driver said he has no tv... I am so done with this... heading to bestbuy I am tired of this $#*!, keep away, keep away...

They will take the order with low price. When you call the customer care.
1. Some times they wont pick the call.
2. Some times they will pick call the divert to other person.
3. Some times they will tell auth is in process will take 2 weeks to process.
4. Some times item is out of stock. Will delivery once the item is available. But still they will display the item in online.
5. Some times they will tell order is cancelled.

Waste of time. Fake site and fake people.

I did not receive shipping notification on the order I placed 10 days ago. Nor did ABCtvs attempt to charge my credit card. I called and was told ABCtvs is waiting to receive a shipment. It appears that the vendor is running their business using only iphones - I could tell by communications, so this is likely out of someone's residence. I researched the domain, which is not in Delaware as claimed. One site indicated the domain may be based in Canada. I talked to my credit card company, who is on notice and is walking me through steps to make sure the transaction is not fraudulent. My CC assured me that I am protected. Today (the day after I spoke with Al, Jack and whoever - the voices all sound the same), ABCtvs cancelled my order without notifying me. I was extremely nice, so this is not a "problem customer" issue. I DID mention that my credit card was going to double the warranty after I received the tv and registered it with Samsung. I suspect ABCtvs does not want to deal with a credit card that offers this because that credit card also has tight fraud protection. This is just my guess; below is my recap of how my calls were handled. GOOD LUCK everyone!

Spoke with "sales dept" (extension 1) at 12:15PM on Dec 19. Said order was tied up in verification, but would remove extended warranty policy, Samsung warranty still in effect. Transferred me to Al to get this order shipped right away. On hold for 20 minutes. Never picked up, was cutoff. I called back and pressed 1 for "sales" again, someone answered after 15 rings. I was transferred to Jack, said waiting for shipment, will cancel extended warranty and hopefully ship this week. Previously called about a half hour earlier and pressed 2 for "customer service" but line was never answered.

BAIT AND SWITCH

I ordered a TV from this site earlier this month. I called several times to make sure my order was okay. The guy I spoke with said that the order was fine and that my TV should be shipping any day, this went on for 17 days. On the last call I was told that the model I ordered was a "commercial model" and that I wouldn't be able to use it like a residential TV in my house. Their website says absolutely nothing about this in the product description, but he did point out to me that there's another listing for considerably more with "RESIDENTIAL PANEL" in the description. He then tried to sell me that TV instead.

After voicing my frustration, I cancelled the order. I'm not sure what the difference would be between the two versions. The product description and model # I ordered was exactly the same when viewed on other web sites. THIS WAS A TEXTBOOK BAIT AND SWITCH.

I placed an order on Oct 6 2018. Received an email thanking for my order. I waited 1 week then called them they never responded. Called back again and talked to someone they said they were looking for a distributor in my area with the item in stock. Bottom line they never shipped my item and never bothered to email me or respond. Stay away from this site
