This website is a fraud!

They entice you with the lowest priced items just to turn around and try and sell you the original item priced for more.

They never shipped the product I originally ordered, but instead just canceled the order.

I placed an order for a new Samsung TV. The website said in-stock, usually ships in 1-2 business days. After about 2 weeks I emailed to find out the status on my order, no response from them. Waited another week and emailed again... again no response. Finally I called and was told that they were unable to deliver the TV because they are not an authorized seller for Samsung and they had to get the product from another company. That company refused to sell it to them because the price they advertised was too low.

Now the sameTV is advertised at a slightly higher price, but he said that I couldn't buy it for that price either. What a joke and a complete waste of time. Their website is clearly a scam.

Horrible experience

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a Sony Bravia OLED TV and paid for rush shipping. I sent an email 3 business days later to check on the order... after waiting another 24 hours I sent another email. After no response via email I called 5 days later to check on the order because I had not heard from them other than the original email after the purchase. I did get a guy on the phone who held me on the phone but wouldn't let me speak because he was finishing up an email. Then when he said I could speak I told him I was following up on an order and gave him the order #. He said he couldn't help me and that the other staff was too busy to talk as well. I cancelled the order (I hope anyway). Literally one of the worst customer service experiences in my life! Hoping to not get charged/get a refund for this TV now.

I ordered an oled tv from the company and about a week later called to see when I might expect it to arrive. I was told about the "TV lottery". They said that this meant that since I got a great price on the tv that there was no guarantee that I would get quality parts in it. They then tried to up sell me the price. I cancelled the order and they hung up.

Do not buy - scam

This site uses false advertising with cheap pricing for an opportunity to up-sell to another "better" model for an additional $300. They have no intention to send you a TV for the advertised price. Otherwise ordering process is very easy but likelihood of actually getting a TV for the advertised price is slim to none.

Ordered TV at advertized price, they said that's inferior you should buy other TV at higher price, try to cancel order, they hung up. Never accepted any calls or responded to emails.

Ordered TV that was significantly lower than competitors. They called me back telling me the TV I ordered was inferior quality. I was asked to pay 300 more for the same tv with higher quality manufacturer. Asked to cancel order and they hung up on me. Had to call back and make sure order was cancelled. Can't believe LG has these guys as an approved vendor.

Folks, if you see a price that is too good to be true, then it is too good to be true. Tried ordering a TV through this site and then talking to the rep., they said the TV is not one manufactured by the actual manufacturer, but one of an inferior quality. He tried to sell the real one, which was priced higher than the local retailer and when I asked to cancel my order, acted like he can't hear me and hung up! Sucks!

Waste of time

I ordered LG OLED TV, which they claimed in stock and available at the moment. But, several days later, one of the rep called me that the model is out of stock and tried to recommend another model of TV. What a waste of time.

Run away from this company as fast as you can. Otherwise, let alone the deceptive and dishonest sale gimmicks, you will see unauthorized charges on your credit card. You are better off paying few hundred extra and buying your device from a trustworthy source.

The obvious support the ALP & the negative comments, sneered comments, critisism towards the NLP is absolutely obvious and unbearable. Not just in one program, but across the board in all programs. It's insidious. As a frequent ABC viewer, I'm over it & unable to support the ABC any further. Where is your unbiased reporting? I'm done. No more ABC for me. Bye bye.

Scammers

These guys are a bunch of scammers. The one dude making the sales there came from a folded company that ripped me off and many others. Don't trust them. Just wait, especially if you bought an extended warranty. They will be shut down and you'll be stuck with the piece of crap they sold you with lies.

I placed an order on 05/09/19 for a new Webber Grill. After a week of not hearing from them to set a delivery date I called them. At this time they told me they did not have anymore of the grills that I ordered but for $175.00 more they could get me the newer model of the grill that I wanted. (classic bait and switch) I approved the new grill because it was still less expensive than Amazon. I have emailed and called to see where my grill is. I just received an email on 05/28 at 6pm that the grill has arrived in FL. I called them to schedule the delivery. The young lady on the phone said they will be in the area tomorrow but than said she could not put it on the truck( why tell me) They are now saying it will be some day next week but they do not know when. Whey you are spending over $2000. 00 for a grill I would have expected better service. ABC TV does not give good service

Ordered our TV 5-6 weeks ago. Never arrived! When we called to ask about it, they told us they were just a drop shipper and that the source was out of stock. Then their web site was down. My husband and I have tried to call repeatedly and your just on hold FOREVER! We have spent hours collectively just on hold waiting on a customer service rep to try and cancel our order.

False advertising

Found the 82" TV I wanted for a great price so I placed the order on their website. Sent two emails to the company asking for an update on shipping information but received no response. Called them on a Tuesday (5 days after placing the order) and the first response I received was that their "server was down" and that they would call me back within the hour. No phone call received so I called them back a second time. The message I received was that they cannot deliver to Salt Lake City, Utah so they recommend that I contact another TV seller. The upside is they didn't charge my cc for the purchase. The downside is they set expectations high but failed miserably. Unless you're physically close to their distribution warehouse (or garage) then set your expectations accordingly.

I ORDERED A TV. WAITED FOR 2 WEEKS. NO TV. I CALLED. THE GUY TOLD ME TO PAY MORE BECAUSE THE ONE THAT I ORDERED WAS MADE FROM CHINA AND IT WAS NO GOOD. I KNEW THE GUY TELL ME LIES SO I TOLD THEM TO SEND ME THE ONE I ORDERD ANYWAY. HE SAID THAT HE WILL SHIPING IT OUT THE FOLLOWING WEEK. WAITING AND WAITING- NO TV STILL. CALLED BACK SERVERAL TIMES NO ANSWER. I CALLED AND CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD. THIS GUY IS TRYING TO STEAL MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATIONS... IT'S A FAKE WEBSITE.

While shopping for an LG TV I saw overall review ratings for ABCTVs, which had the lowest price by more than $100 and free shipping. I should have read individual reviews. I ordered the TV and before leaving the site, it asked me for a rating of the buying experience, which I rated as 5 stars, since it was easy to find my product and the price was low. Bad mistake. A week later, my order is still "processing," my calls to sales and service remain unanswered and I haven't heard back from my email inquiry. Then I read the individual reviews and figured out that the high ratings pertain to the initial shopping experience. Almost all of the recent reviews note that after ordering the product you either don't hear back and they try to sell you another product. I am cancelling my order and paying the extra $100 to a place that is legit and will ship me a product.

These guys are total scam. Gave me a different answer every time I called. They are phishing for info and credit cards. They lie about everything!
1. To talk you into paying more, they tell you that the higher price model of a TV that they sell is ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT from the manufacturer (OEM) and the cheaper one is made in China with cheaper parts. BUT it's a LIE.
2. That MAGNOLIA from Best Buy is the same as OEM. Total lie. MAGNOLIA is Best Buy's own brand.
3. They make up ALL kinds of excuses as to why your TV hasn't shipped.
4. Every day a new excuse as to why order has not shipped.
5. They lie about who works there or who is sick or at another location.
6 Customer service NEVER answers the phone. EVER
7. All voice mailboxes are full and cannot accept msgs
8. Claimed I "did not pay for 3-day shipping even though it says so on my receipt.
9. Claimed I did not pay for 5 year service plan even though it says so on my invoice/receipt

Wow if it wasn't for the weather because that's something that can't be controlled you guys have into a death show. I'm surprised more people don't consider offing themselves if they watch on a regular basis. You have probably 80% bad news and by that I mean murder, rape, beatings, etc. 5% bs% 5% nonsense 5% I don't know what 4% mis and 1% sports and decent humanitarian good news. Now I know it's easy to find the 80% but I thought news casting was investigation of things happening. Not chasing police scanners. I Trump is right with fake news but he should add lazy and crap news. Wake up we have enough crap to deal with in normal life who needs your B's. Sorry I used to watch on a regular basis now your out!

I purchase a LG OLED55C88PUA on November 26,2018. I never received my order. Started calling them after 2 weeks and was told it was on order. Called a week later, same answer. This went on for the month of December with the same answer. I called every week in January & February and it was either on back order or would ship any day. I stopped calling but when I log in to their site, my order is still there so I wrote a nice letter to the Better Business Bureau and they never received a response from ABCTVs. When you go on their site and look up the exact TV, it is still listed in stock, will ship within 5 days but for a higher price than what they sold one to me. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company unless you like being scammed.
