Please don't waste your money on Aaron's. They're items are not of good quality. The customer service is AWFUL. I leased to own a flat screen TV. I have had it for 1 year and suddenly lines started appearing on the screen. They accused me of damaging the TV, refused to fix it, yet they continue to take the payments out of my account each and every week. The TV is hanging, there are no kids in my house. CLEARLY they sold me a refurbished television. I have "insurance" on the tv, which allegedly includes repairs...but the only repairs they cover are natural disasters such as fires or earthquakes. I admit I should have read the fine print on the agreement instead of listening to the salesman lie about the protection I was paying for. Aaron's is a predatory organization. I have ZERO respect for them. The cost of the TV is $1400.00, BUT they also charge $1200.00 to lease...I am paying almost $3,000 for a TV that I could probably buy for $800 now.
I also purchased a bunk bed for my daughter, after 6 months the springs started coming through the mattress. Yet again, the "insurance" doesn't cover replacing their trash product.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and just save up until you can afford to go to a reputable retailer to make your purchases. This is an absolutely AWFUL company that preys on people that don't have good credit and they have low quality trash products. It should be illegal for Aaron's to take advantage of consumers the way they are.
I went in to make my last payment which I had called the store and was quoted 140 dollars. When I get there the store manager tells me I owe 260. He then $#*! and attitude with me when I questioned the discrepancy of over 100 dollars. I called corporate who said that my payment was infact $140. Store Manager: Marshall Store location Sumter SC Broad St. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE GO TO RAC! Marshall ended up calling the police on me and kicking me out of the store. They extort people's money. BEWARE
For those complaining about the total lease price, stop it. All prices are up front, they don't add any prices after you've signed your lease so you knew up front what the total cost would be yet here most of y'all are complaining about what you signed up for. I have utilized Aaron's for many years. I lease to own so I always request brand new and that's exactly what I get. You do not have to accept the product if you request new and it looks used, believe it or not you are in charge of your lease. It does cost more with the lease program vs buying outright and that's not just at Aaron's, it's anywhere you lease. As for customer service, well maybe I've just been lucky or maybe, just maybe I know how to communicate without being rude. 5 products later and I'm 100% satisfied with my products and customer service.

MY BROTHER PASSED AWAY ON OCT 24 2022 N THEY WHERE NOTIFIED THE NEXT DAY TO ADD IT TO HIS GIRLFRIENDS ACCOUNT N STACY THE MANAGER AT THE INDIANA PA STORE SAID NO PROBLEM...WELL THEY KEPT TAKING THE PAYMENT OUT OF HIS ACCOUNT EVEN THO HE PASSED AWAY N EVEN THO IT WAS ADDED TO SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT.THEY THEY PUT MY DEAD BROTHERS ACCOUNT IN THE HOLE... IN THE MEAN TIME ALSO TAKING MONEY FROM HIS GIRLFRIENDS ACCOUNT.ALMOST 4 MONTHS LATER STACY SENDS HER GUYS TO MY BROTHERS HOUSE... THEY KNOCKED ON DOOR N LEFT A NOTE ON HIS DOOR...REALLY HE PASSED AWAY N STACY THE MANAGET KNEW THAT.I TOLD THEM I WANT ALL MY BROTHERS MONEY PUT BACK INTO HIS ACCOUNT...WELL THAT NEVER HAPPENED.PEOPLE THONK TWICE BEFORE YOU RENT FROM AARONS IN INDIANA PA
I am a very disabled man with many medical issues on disabilities on a very limited income paying Aarons 678.00 a month for a few items, to make a long story short I had to order a fireplace/tv combo this was the only way they would let me get a fireplace just to try and stay somewhat warm in my old broken down home. Anyhow the fireplace quit working so they did end up bringing a loaner it goes out too and its a wind chill of -31 degrees outside and I call them and they say theres nothing we can do for a week, so ok a week goes by and this was after 2 months they have my old heater so they bring my old heater back and the delivery driver admits it never went to the shop that they left it plugged in at the store for 4 days and there is nothing wrong with it and that his manager says I must have a problem with my electric, So I call en electrican for 300 dollars to check my circuit and the voltage and amperage both test out fine and I call Aarons with the results and they absolutely refuse to give me another fireplace after paying 168.00 a month for 14 months so far on it so now I am forced to send it back and lose 2352.00 dollars which is totally ridiculous. Places like this should be able to be sued. I give Aarons in Oklahoma City on I-240 and Pensylvania Ave a -0 rating.
Second time I was insulted and disrespected here again Tim the GM continues to belittle me over my past purchases. 3 I had let go. I had bought over 5 things there and have the proof. I I was approved for over 575.00 payments a month. Then he tells me what I'm not approved for when I was approved and willing and able to make the payment. I'd like to see where he's allowed to turn anyone down after approved.
Unless you order any less you pay for your order well then when it's time for delivery they have a problem because your house ain't up the car and you have a tarp when you're ceiling that has nothing to do with your bedroom whether you're inventory is going
I have used Aaron's for years and years …my payment was due Dec. 3rd which was on Saturday and I called the store and no one answered and this am they called me and charged me a late fee and said I was late….in checking with BBB I have at least 5 days before they can charge me a late ….so I spoke with the manager and with a ver rude voice he informed me that he would remove it but that would be the last time. The young man that took my call (Coty)
Was very rude and had a daring sound in his voice that I mentioned his name. I have been with you for a long long time and never have I not paid you. I am a 79 year old senior citizen that is on a fixed income and at the end of my life I don't need people like those people in the Dothan office talking down to me in fact I will not allow it….they owe me an apology. I know all your businesses are not this way. Just be courteous to me and I will always return the same.
Pre used. They didn't tell me until they delivered it was pre used. Then lied & said, it never left the store. LIED. The chair was wet & they didn't admit they cleaned it, until I called them out on it. Ya, 2 days & it's still damp. Then, let's talk about the chair tilting to the left. I wanted a new chair, not a used chair. If I wanted used, I would have bought it off Craigslist.
They is not a good business to deal with the will harassment you after you be done told them the first when you will be able to pay them the first time they call $#*! they will call you right back with the same question all day every day they don't give people time to do nothing so me i don't recommend no one to deal with Aaron's in Lenoir city Tennessee
Aaron's is not the idea place to get furniture from at all. Purchase furniture on your own. This Is my first and last time leasing any kind of furniture.
Was told I could do a 90 day same as cash on a dryer for 328.00 ended up paying 512.00 apparently the salesman gave misinformation
I have used Aaron's for years but am no longer a customer. They lost my business and my entire companies business, through multiple states.
They are disrespectful! Show up to my house and I had no clue what was going on threatening my son.if I could give them zero
They said that they forgot to add the stove to my easy pay since i was already paying for my expense (air quote) refrigerator that cost $5,000 dollar can you believe that $#*! and today 9/1/22 they try to take money out of my account $525.00 and they told me that they were gonna charge me $425.00 how stupid do they think i am
I literally hate them because everytime they try to over charge they say a couple hours is late $5 fees that's to much even tho my payment due the same day but it's overcharged! After this never again
I look for reviews on companies. Before dealing with them today. I've found that is very beneficial to do. When spending large amounts of money. This company has so many bad reviews. That I don't even trust the good ones. Or they don't even matter. When the majority is bad about them. Saying that the prices are good. Upon looking at them is even more ridiculous. When your paying almost four times. What you'd pay if you just buy it straight out. I know not all can do that. So they look for places like this. To make payments but when your being ripped off. In paying what they're asking for their merchandise. I'll save first before I throw money away. To the point if I don't have a TV. I get one when and after I save for it. If I don't have furniture. To then I sit in a chair. Til I get one whatever it is. I'll save for it first. Before I pay four times for it. I don't want and need nothing that bad. To make a financial mistake like this. Sad thing is I guess ppl think. This is a deal for them. To take advantage of when intact. Your the one getting taken advantage of. Financially which should matter to the point. Where a better decision has to be made. I won't be dealing with them at all. So I thank the people who did reviews. On their experience with them. They matter and you've been heard for sure. To the point where I won't deal with them. Will also encourage anyone I know who is. Not to either
Aaronson driver hit my gutter on 6/22/22 and I have been trying to get it fixed sense. I sent pictures and estimate to the adjuster like he said he don't answer or return phone call nothing I'll called corporate 3 ( three) time promised the world got nothing done as of 8/16/22.
Just took payments out my account with no information and reasonable information as to why. Called to see why and the representative was all over the place trying to explain. I hate this place. So glad I'm finished paying for an item that was three times the cost anyway. Avoid Aaron's Rental Center & places like this at all cost.
My e bike I was renting from arrons in parkersburg wv. Was stolen on camera and I delivered a full police report to them and they still said there insurance only covers break in's. I highly not recommend renting from arrons cause if your stuff gets stolen and it's not a break in your screwd.
