I would recommend this to anyone who needs quick advice or even just needs to talk to someone. When I was in some dark times I had someone in my age range to help me and provide support. This is especially great for teens who don't want to or can't talk to their parents about it, it's free and anonymous.

This site is so helpful because you can connect with real people and hear about ways to have a better way of thinking.

If you are feeling depressed, lonely, have issues going on, or basically anything, 7 Cups helps you. The people working on the site work hard to make sure that the people coming for help is properly served.

A great site to open up to. All kinds of listener are there to help you with your problems and overcome loneliness and give you solutions.

This website is really, really, truly helpful. I've only had a few listeners, but they all have been very helpful to me. Letting out and venting to the listeners helps me think about all my thoughts and feelings and I really suggest this site to anyone.

It helped me a lot while i was feeling bad because a lot of supporting people were there to support me!

I went to this site to talk to someone about my problems in life I found it while researching about my feelings I found someone to connect with after waiting a few mins and it was a great experience they helped me with what I talked about and gave great advices, you can find really kind hearted people here. If you are nervous don't worry about it people here are very understanding.

When I was really feeling terrible about my life, 7 Cups helped to, essentially, resurrect me, and I realized that I never had written a review report for it before, and I signed up here. Basically, this site was part of the way I climbed out of the hole I was in. I was unproductive and I didn't enjoy anything, but talking to people on 7 Cups made me realize that I'm not the only person with these problems. Also, there's other people with legitimately the exact problems as me. It is really amazing what the people at 7 Cups have done. I am very very grateful.

Absolutely love being on 7cups. I volunteer as a listener and enjoy helping member transform lives with guidance from self experience. I'm super happy to have come across this platform.

7Cups is truly awesome. While you can pay to talk to a therapist, there are also 'Listeners' available which helps me to not feel alone in what I'm going through. There are also several different forums as well as group chats, among other features to help on the growth journey (including an AI to chat with for help as well as activities to help encourage growth). I would highly recommend 7 Cups, whether through using the app or the website!

As a listener, I have heard nothing from the site except that I needed to allegedly show more empathy during a conversation.

Now it turns out they are sending other listeners to reach out and ask listeners like me to post positive reviews on this site.

I have spent nearly a year giving time on this website despite the complete indifference of the managers of it. I think I'm done.
