My listeners are both very supportive and helpful. I've gotten to know a little about both of them, which helps me a lot because it's easier for me to talk to someone I can relate to. They've helped me talk things out, and encouraged me to overcome some conflicts that I wasn't able to go through myself. Very much recommend. I've never felt like I could talk to people about what I'm going through, because I've never had anyone that really listens. Now I do and it's amazing and has helped so much.

You can feel the support and understanding from all over the world. It's like a safe haven away from the harsh reality of life and just be yourself for awhile. It's a place where you can be vulnerable but not ashamed of it rather, this vulnerability gives you chance to heal and grow.

My first day as great - i was emotionally exhausted, shattered, heart broken and extremely upset. Just knowing someone listened to me was helpful to calm me down and let me deflect my pain.
Be heard, be understood, talk to others who feel the same as you do. Share your thoughts and say how you feel, without holding back. You will leave this place with that wonderful sense of relief and being listened to. Then once you feel that you have grown o your journey as a member. If you feel like you would like to be a listener, then you can. You will be given a form to fill in and if you answer all correctly then you take the first step becoming a listener. You get certificates as you progress and the rewards and the insights into yourself are worth while. Member or listener this is the place to be part of. But first complaint, my live listener has not responded to me in quite a bit and I'm kinda annoyed at that. Do they let just anyone listen?
If you are someone who is going through a hard time or want to help people who are (or maybe your just bored) then you should definitely make an account on 7 cups it has already helped me a lot and i only had it for 2 days believe it or not. But i definitely recommend 7 cups to everyone
This is a great site to just be listened. You will never feel alone and judged. There is always a listener. Also you can always make your dream come true if you want to help people in slightly little aspects of their life you can be a listener user too! It is great for every person. No lomitations just possabilities of love and care
This is only my first day as a listener, but so far the more experienced listeners have been really supportive and friendly. The members say that most listeners are super kind and encouraging, which is nice to hear.

During my short but rich time at 7 cups as a volunteer listener, I became in love with the platform. It is said that one of the best ways to help yourself is to help others, and this showed me exactly that. Being able to make a difference in the lives of other people makes your own outlook on like much better. As a Listener, I was lucky enough to speak with hundreds of people from around the world. Some people were seeking a great deal of support, while others just wanted to have a light-hearted conversation. Either way, I was always happy to provide whatever the Member might be needing in the moment. I have made friends in the Listener community as well as returning Members whom I chatted with often. To say that I have learned SO MUCH through this experience would be an understatement! I am truly grateful that I found 7 Cups...
7 Cups is a good free resource for those that want to talk to someone. Mental health resources can be very expensive and a barrier for those that are seeking treatment, so 7 Cups offers an alternative free resource. I will say that as a Listener, I have to undergo training to be a better listener. I do think there should be more required training though. This can improve the experience of the members.
See, when you feel alone, there's nothing in real life that will make you feel better about it. 7cups is an escape from loneliness. The community is amazing, and most of the listeners are super skilled. Plus, I found some really good friends in this app, so I am thankful to the makers. As both a listener and a member, it grows you a person. Thank you!
I talked to compassionate listeners several times on 7 cups. It really helps when you are feeling sad, depressed and lonely, and when you need to talk to someone right now. I recommend it to my friends too.
I've been dealing with some things lately, and I was able to get some healthy venting in. It was nice to be able to connect with someone, seeing as my local warmline is often unavailable.
