As a listener on this site, the support you get is amazing. From listener to member and listener to listener, it is an overall amazing environment and a safe place to talk about your feelings. I definitely would recommend this site to anyone who wants to just talk to someone or is confused about their feelings.

7 cups is just a great place. It is where you are able to freely open up to a terrific listener which there are many of. They are there to help you with any problem small, big or massive. They dont give direct advice out which helps the member to be more open and really reflect on their issue. They do provide great feedback and responses in order for the both of you to brainstorm whilst in the chat. From a members side it is a very helpful place to seek guidance from a person willing to listen.

On the other hand is the listeners, they are very well trained in how to deal with chats as well as how to response in the correct manner. There is also many different resources that they can use to help with their situations as well as asking for guidance from the top listeners when ensuring they do not talk about any personal information about their member. Being a listener and member myself, it is very rewarding to help others and also look after yourself.

I would definitely recommend 7 cups to anyone who is looking for someone to talk to for a simple or serious chat about whatever they want.

I am a Member and Listener on the site. It is a volunteer position. It is nice to have a place I can go to talk about things bothering me (My Mother in law just died, two days before Christmas) and help people when I am feeling up to it. I am in school and it's stressful, and 7 cups is a good place to get free help.

This is a place to come and get support 24/7 and also find a online therapist. Also the forums are very supportive as the chat rooms are very helpful in time of need.

I have been both a member and a listener for about a year and a half now. I have found that 99% of the people there are extremely kind and caring people. The exercises available are very calming and the group chats are very supportive. I have had a couple of issues speaking to other listeners who clearly either did not pay attention to or forgot their training, and my only criticism of the site is that listeners should be monitored more closely, especially newer ones. In my experience, the good far outweighs the bad and I gladly give it 5 stars.
