I signed up as both a listener and a member and both make me feel heard and supported. The ability to support others and be supported is the most useful thing that a person can have during this pandemic.

Was just looking for something cheap and accessible due to circumstance. I found speaking with real people you could relate to eachother rather than a help line where they are only allowed to say certain things. This obviously isnt psychotherapy, but it actually helps.

I like this website A LOT, in all honesty. Its helped me sort out some of my actual life problems and i think i've helped sort out others lives too. I enjoy learning about others lives and things like depression and anxiety, it helps me just as much as it helps others. In all honesty me myself, have struggled with depression and anxiety, and some other things for a long time, just being able to talk about it really helps. This business has really done a great job with this idea, not only does it help people talk about the problems they bottle up, it also helps them learn compassion skills.

7 cups is the best it helps me so much it helps so much there help with managing my emotions is better than any other site i have been on

You'll have the freedom to talk and share about many problems and situations you have been through with support from another in complete confidentiality! As member and a listener 7cups has turned my life from rags to riches and I have no words to describe the impact this site has had on my life and wellbeing. 7cups has a dedicated, wise and loving community of mentors and mods which work tirelessly to create safe, educational and positive rooms in which groups can learn about a variety of topics. 7cups is a light in the dark for many and I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! I have been on this site well over five years and it has help me vent a lot. Many do respond to my forums.
If you are anxious, depression, don't always fit in and just need your voice heard... I would suggest you try out the site.

Get this app! You will have so many chances to get help, and access to tons of compatible people. You won't regret it!

7 Cup very amazing. During covid, we don't go to the hospital, but here is a great chance to meet patients and talking with them, gather a lot of experiences that I am not used to. Also, very great help for helping group team- amazing.

Help where you least expect it... no judgmental attitudes, gossips, fake friends... great opportunity to share your views and realize you are not alone... nice tool for resilience building... especially useful during pandemics

Its a really great app for anyone who is struggling and I would totally recommend it to you even if you are not - its nice to be able to talk to someone

It seems like this site always has my back.
I come back here whenever I feel down or sometimes just out of curiosity.
It helped me a lot and it has shown me how I can help.
And the community here is just utopic. I love it!

This is a very very very helpful website a little difficult to use but you get used to it. This website helped me get out of a deep stage of depression.

Theres one person on this website who is amazing his username is [murphytexas16] he's the one person who I talked to who just stood out from everyone else

When I was merely a teenager, I came on this site and opened up about things that affected me that I'd not share with my own personal friends or family. It helped me heal and I have made it far because of this amazing site! I have learnt so much and I can contribute to the community just the way it contributed to me while I was a member!

7 cups is a really good place for getting support. However, there are some parts that needs work. For example, there are some listeners who are rude, give terrible advice when giving advice is forbidden in the first place, some listeners judge people and say rude stuffs to the members, overall they are just not good at what they're doing. I think the listeners need to have more supervision so that they don't make someone feel worse than how bad he was already feeling.

I first started 7 cups a while ago! As everyone does, I started of as a Newbie, I was a listener, I didn't know much about the site and how to be a good listener, but I knew I wanted to support people. It's been a while and I've helped hundreds of people, I've met so many amazing people and I've got more involved in the 7 cups Community! It's an amazing place to feel supported and included, before I found this site I wasn't sure how I can support people in a large amount, now I know, 7 cups is awesome. The leadership team, admins of 7 cups are amazing, they take into account all of your suggestions / feedback if you have any. Great Place to get and give support
