It lends not only an ear, but also a sense of empathy among yourself and the people around you. You become more aware and understand the feelings of those close to you. It has made me more careful in talking with people and more mindful that they could be struggling beneath the surface.

I started using 7cups for my issues and soon I've realised that I wanted to be there for someone just how someone was there for me. I love how this app maintains anonymity. It's a great initiative to help people having issues with mental health.

Run by a voluntary community that really care. We are always here just want to help and sometimes just having someone listen who cares is what people need.

Its incredible what the people at 7 Cups have been able to do on their website. I lost a close friend last year and without 7 Cups I don't think I ever would have made it out of the hole I was in. Of course, I still miss them dearly but talking to listeners on 7 Cups has really made me grateful for this website. It helped me process information and also just feel like I had someone to lean on.

Ive just registerd and already feel better! Is anyone have anxiety or any mental issue, this service is highly reccomened!

Only therapists I believe get paid for it the rest of the trained listeners go through hours and days and weeks of training to be able to best suit you but the regular listeners are not being paid for it

Hello. 7 Cups is about users being able to reach out to a listener who will listen to what the user needs to discuss. 7 Cups also provides therapy services if needed. I joined 7 Cups as a listener and am going through the internship process. Since joining I have really enjoyed my time. 7 Cups does a good job protecting the listeners as much as possible to prevent harassment, etc. against listeners and members. They provide training for the listeners so they are equipped to know how to handle different situations. It is nice as a listener to feel that I am helping others. Sometimes we all just need a person to talk to so we know we are heard/seen and 7 Cups provides that.

7 cups of tea is one of the best place to give and get help. I've been using the 7 cups apps since fee months and found out that through this platform one can get to learn a lot of helpful things. And I encourage people to share it as it would be of much help for people who need listening ears.

My life before 7 cups was a continuous fight of depression, anxiety, fear and many more happening in my head. I was going through it all by myself to a point where I was suicidal, but than came 7 cups and my whole life had finally changed. I got help from so many people and in return decided to help too, and now I'm a proud listener seeking to help people that are at verge like I once was. Join 7 cups today, we are an amazing family there.

I chose to rate this 4 stars because most of the people, whether they are listeners or members, are positive and very welcoming. Of course there are always people who try to break the rules, but for the most part my experience using this was very good.

7 Cups has a number of features that are able to help with various struggles and mental health issues. I have no clue why some people insist on degrading the listening platform -- it's actually very well constructed and supportive. When I fired up a listener chat, wether by browsing myself or having one selected for me, I found myself enjoying the dual politeness and warmth the listener emanated, two factors not commonly found together. The community forums and sharing circle rooms were also very well constructed, the moderators being trusted and admired members of the same community they were moderating. The growth path is also a very good idea -- it incorporates a system in which the user levels up and feels better every day without feeling predatory or addictive -- which is a great thing for a mental health company. Overall, 5 stars!

Awesome resource for those struggling with mental health issues! Would definitely recommend to those struggling with any mental health issue. Very helpful team of listeners who listen to you and help you to find your own resolutions to your own problems.

7cups was first introduced to me at one of the toughest point of my life and i can proudly say the listeners brought me out and made me feel whole again

I got to a very low point after suffering multiple losses and trauma. The losses were the people I had support from. I tried connecting with multiple sites for issues I faced like grief, trauma recovery, depression, anxiety... I felt a little support in some places but when I joined 7 cups, I found support with all of my issues. The support also came in different ways, from chatting with one person or in a group, and even a therapist if i need more expert help in an area. There are endless exercises to help growth within myself, and even the opportunity to give back. As a listener, I'm starting to grow in confidence and it's very self satisfying. It also allows me to learn how to be more supportive by taking courses in so many mental issues we all face. I'm so thankful for 7 cups. I felt like everyone had given up on me, but 7 cups has given me support and hope. Even education in many issues I face, which has also helped in my healing. There is something for everyone at 7 cups and I encourage you to join us all.

I'm on pretty late so I haven't been able to reach a listener yet but everything else seems like it might help me, I love the idea I hope it works out for me. But yeah so far I'd recommend it I'll come back with more info as I go along

I am so confused as to why some people don't like 7 Cups -- it's amazing there! Uplifting and supportive community and the same characteristics apply to listeners!
