All the great things I heard are true! The people on this site are very accepting and warm (with a few exceptions but the moderators take care of them).

Most people say 7 cups was able to help them. I wish it was able to help me too. I guess I really was just a horrible person that even the listener got sick of me. Why should I be surprised. The people I know are sick of hearing it from me, it shouldn't be a wonder that a stranger of 7 cups just let me ramble on and asked me "what's the worst that could happen", "what the best that could happen" "is it perfectionist thoughts" and "why are you scared" > oh yes. I feel much better and understood. I wonder why other people seemed to have gotten so uplifted. I don't know what I expected. But I wish the listener i got could've shown a little more empathy or at least pretended that they cared.

The best website I've been to, just to not feel so lonessome, or mentally tired, or bad about myself.
To know and feel there are still humans on this planet. Someone who cares about you. People that take time of their day to make others feel better. These are the best of us. The best of humankind.

I have overall had a pleasant experience with cups. I totally agree with there mission and truly believe they care and want and do help many people. I recommend giving it a fair try!.

7 cups is a welcoming and supportive community. It has numerous opportunities for both members and listeners, which I would recommend everyone to go give a try. Whether you want to rant about what's on your mind or be there for others by listening to them, 7 cups is the place to go. I made a commitment to this platform and I can guarantee that it was 100% worth it! :)

This website is great! When I lost a good friend, a guy I got dirnks with, it was tough. I appreciate 7 Cups for helping me through that time. Every Listener Member I was paired with seemed expert.

Since I've started using this app, my life has completely changed. I've been able to make a lot of friends, learn new listening skills. It is also a fantastic platform to express yourself, no one is judgemental and the service is available 24/7. Thanks for all those people helping, great job. It is a highly recommended app.

This is an amazing project. Sometimes we don't have anyone to listen to us and having a person, even if a stranger, willing to listen without being judgmental is refreshing. It's not therapy, but it takes a weight off our shoulders by just venting to a sympathetic and anonymous listener. They also offer small courses to listeners so they can improve their abilities. Sometimes, however, we find not so great listeners and it can be frustrating. I think they should adjust this, but overall it's a great way of sharing and making sense of our feelings and thoughts. It has helped me during ugly times and I'm very grateful for the wonderful listeners I've found.

7cups has been a great platform for individuals who have trouble seaking help from there own personal connections and be able to enter a world with no judgement where they are able to express there issues no matter how big or small and know they will receive the kind of help they need.

7 cups connects people who are going through all sorts of difficult issues (like depression, BPD, breakups, loneliness, etc) with real listeners who listen and really let you vent. They are kind, non-judgmental, and just want to let you speak your mind.

I recommend this website to everyone if your having a hard time coping up with your mental health. You should check it out

I love 7 cups. I can always find someone to listen to even in the middle of the night when I feel depressed. I really recommend everyone to try this site and maybe you can get the help that you are seeking.

Funny how taking a deep breath fixes the problem without the problem disappearing. Thank you for reminding me of the power of breath. I will deliberately practice 4-7-8 mindfulness breathing or just take time to focus on my breath alone, when I feel everything is just too much. It frees me up to decide what I shall do next. Drinking my water helps me too!

I really must say 7 cups does help me out. I was a member first here i had panick attack the listener over here are amazing they help me out fully. I am feeling great right. Now i volunteer to be a listener to help more people. 7 Cups Really Great :D

I really love the concept of this website. It's awesome when you can tell everything you feel without any fear of judgment.
