I never heard of a place online like this and it is just wow! It is impressive what the people at 7 Cups have done -- the listening is so so great and the community is very friendly. My first listener was supportive and helpful, and made me feel much much better.

They are very helpful but you have to wait a while for a listener but its worth it trust me i really recommend it.

This is one of the safest sites I've been on. It has so many resources to keep my issues from getting too out of hand.

I learned about 7 Cups on Tumblr. I had no one to talk to so I checked out the website. Within 5 minutes a caring person was chatting with me. That listener gave me what I needed in that moment of crisis. 7 Cups is there for you when no one else is.

I started using 7 Cups in a rough time and it really, really helped. It isn't just useless jargon or some gibberish dreamed up by a marketing team -- it actually works! And the most awesome part is that it is completely free and I browse the community forums and listener chats for people like me!

The one thing I find most useful about 7 Cups, is the growth path. Everyone always talks about things like "mindfulness", psychiatric hype words and all sorts of jargon but without practical guidance, especially for those amongst us with difficulties in theoretical learning, this helps about as much as trying to explain what a cellphone is to someone out of the dark ages.
With the aid of the growth path, you don't even know that you are learning these coping skills and you don't have to be concerned about the theory behind it or what it is called. Just by practical example and by doing it, you condition yourself to think healthier and overcome, at least some, of the emotional stressors.
Being bipolar myself, I know I can never be completely rid of the irrationality of my thoughts and emotions, but at the very least, I can reduce the impact that they have on a day to day basis.

It was a accident that I found 7 cups and I have become very invested in this website, It has free anonymus talks and people feel better to communicate. I made tons of friends here and even volunteered as a listener

I really like to help people with their problems and this app lets me do that and it makes me feel better about myself it my not help me stop hating myself but it makes me feel better about myself.

7Cups is an amazing way to reach out to someone who is anonymous who is willing to help you feel better about a current situation with you are experiencing! They are equipped to help with a rang of things and will never judge you! It makes it easier to talk to someone who you don't know and know that you won't get judged!

I signed up for 7 cups and immediately decided it wasn't for me and requested a refund. They instead cancelled my account and told me they had no record of me being a patient. They ignored my multiple calls and emails for over a week until I filed a report with the better business bureau. They finally emailed me back asking for my card info, I informed them I had cancelled that card because I didn't trust the company but could give them my new card info for my refund. They didn't respond, just refunded the amount paid to the cancelled card. 0/10 customer service.

Safe place for people to share their emotions without being judged, would recommend it for anyone seeking help with managing their emotions.

This is a great site/app. It is really well thought out and supportive. The listeners are well trained, and can accept chat requests based on what is important to them, and what they know the most about. There are resources for all sorts of issues on there!
