Listeners community on 7 cups is really good and helpful, but the members community is messed up, people in those group chats bash others for having different music taste and things that they dont like, some listeners are really good and some are really dry texters, they made me wait 4 months and still waiting for a reply. Made me feel awful. But still I will recommend this as it can be helpful sometimes.

7 Cups has been a life saver, to say the very least. With so many websites out there (Still not enough) 7 Cups manages to prioritize the goal of restoring mental health, without limiting it's users to "free versions" of guided help. Though professional therapy is available, the exercises, forums and support groups are all incredibly useful. The community here is wonderful.

The incredible way this site works makes me feel so much better about the qualms of my life. Just talking for 15 minutes makes me feel leagues better. 5 Stars.

When I joined the site in its earliest years it was such a very safe haven, like a safe site for people with disorders or just some who wanted to release toxins from their head. However, when it started to be a business it concentrated only in promotions and therapy from their license therapist. I know that all websites are not safe and there will always be troll but this site entertains trolls, they don't help with cases involving sexual and mental abuse done by the volunteer Listeners from the site itself. This is not run by professionals and they don't help with cases of users being abused here mentaly and sexually coz they believe that sexual matters needed to be addressed to but it became a reason for sexual predators to devour innocent users and also the moderators are not professional enough to handle or moderate the group chats because they involve their self in group misundestandings. All In all I won't recommend this site if you want healing this can be dangerous coz listeners can take advantage. Always trust people you see face to face. Don't seek help in the site like this, maybe you can only talk here for a chit chat.

It is a very helpful website. It allows me the ability to talk to someone about my issues. Again very helpful.

Hi I have used 7cups for a few years now both as a member and as a listener and it has been very helpful for me to listen to other people and also be able to have someone to listen to me when I need it.

Getting over a breakup is hard and 7 Cups was there to help and guide me through this difficult time. Five Stars!

7cups is a useful platform where in which those seeking support can receive self-help guides, mindfulness exercises, can get professional support from therapists who specialise in different areas from depression to autism. I enjoy volunteering as a listener on this site as well as a content volunteer member. I encourage them to keep up the hard work

Everyone who is worried about not being able to afford therapy but still would like to share how they feel you can talk to one of the listeners in 7cups. Sometimes its helpful to have someone to listen to. Of course, for those who are seeking therapy 7cups also has online therapist that they can be referred to.

This is a great website to support people who are suffering from mental health issues. I went here to seek for someone to listen to me. It was a little difficult as not all listeners were trained so you need to find the right listener for you. But it was worth it. I volunteered as a listener after that as I'm a psychology student. It makes me happy to be able to provide help to those who need a listening ear.

I love that the Cup has come to us as a hope and a way to live in which many experience and experienced people come together to help and understand them and to live them. And all of us who work like a listener, which gives a good feeling to all the people and they fill the lack of a partner, this is a very good work, in a way God's blessings. Thanks so much to 7 cup and all team(include listeners and therepist) it's really helpful for everyone.

This site is for losers who want to take their frustration out on others not for good people who want to truly heal through venting and help others.
Listeners are narcissitic folks

I love working on 7 cups. I love listening to people and helping them out. Most people do feel alone and feel like they have no one to talk to but they don't know how to ask for help or approach others. 7cups has made it easy for 'em to connect to others. This means a lot.

7 cups is the best app. People there care for eachother and are really friendly. Also there are so many things to learn there. I love it. It feels great for members to be supported and it feels awsome for listeners to help others feel better.

The interface is really cool and the questioning process is also really awesome. Overall I love it!

The people here are real people, not bots. They can relate to you, and help you. It's nice to be with people you can trust. They really helped me with anxiaty.

Personally I've been a listener for over 2 years, and started as a member. I would recommend it if you need to talk about something when you have no one around… However, if you become a listener, do know you might encounter trolls or people who want sexual conversations… overall it's a good place to start to heal or to express yourself, but do know (just like any site on the internet) there is a chance you'll encounter weird people and conversations.

Hello, I am an active listener in 7 cups and I would like to say that this app is very useful for many people. I will be applying for an internship here very soon so I can get a job while helping people in need. Hopefully I can get pay soon but I will always be here to talk to anyone as best as I could.

I have been a trained active listener since April 2021. I started off doing this as a class assignment. I enjoyed it so much the class is over and I'm still a listener on 7 Cups of Tea. I enjoy listening to people, encouraging and supporting them. Sometimes you just need to talk without being judged, without someone else putting in their two cents. This is therapeutic for me as well as the member. I highly recommend this website! There are a lot of nice compassionate people just waiting to hear from you!
