I tried to get some information on a Refund due me. And all the representative Artis, could tell me was that it should show up in my Bank account 7-10 days. I true SCAM. I was not made aware that there is. $50 charge for this conversation!

In trying to cancel a few stations added to my ROKU account, I discovered I had to use the computer- BUT- I was also connected to Greg and he was knowledgeable and helpful, as I was already frustrated with the cyber approach. I appreciate his help and great attitude.
