I tried to get some information on a Refund due me. And all the representative Artis, could tell me was that it should show up in my Bank account 7-10 days. I true SCAM. I was not made aware that there is. $50 charge for this conversation!

When going from one frame to another thee was either no instructions or ones that were confusing. It seems as if there is an opportunity for just simple directions. The problems should have been anticipated.
