I've placed several orders of 10+ shirts. They have arrived as described and I have no complaints. I've never had to contact customer service, but I will order again in the future!
Ordered a few tees and needed them mailed out quickly for an upcoming event. All I can say is that 6dollar shirts were super helpful and package is on the way to arrive on time. Great tees and great service. Thanks.
I used this site and learned my credit card got hacked when I got a call telling me someone tried charging a plane trip to europe on it. I contacted 6dollarshirts to speak to them and they put me on hold then dropped the call... twice! I then sent an email and got no reply.

I have ordered shirts from them for a while now and I never have a problem! I think the shirts take a little long to arrive but that's just me not liking to wait for things, they usually take no longer than a week to come in the mail. I think the quality of the shirts is just fine & I love them!

I don't know where a lot of these bad reviews are coming from. I've ordered from 6 Dollar Shirts a few times, some "big" orders and some Shirt of the Day only orders. The only complaints I've ever had with the site is that the free shipping deals on Shirt of the Day don't seem to work if you use PayPal (no chance to enter the freebie code) and I don't like being charged extra for larger sizes - I mean, $3 on a $6 shirt is a bit much, in my opinion.
However, I've never gotten a bad shirt from them (defective or otherwise). I've ordered a lot of "random" shirts because they're cheaper for the big sizes and they've never sent a design I absolutely hated. The quality is fine for screen printed shirts, and they're a lot better deal than some of the other shirt sites too. I mean, seriously, if I can get the same "Jesus Lizard" shirt for $6 here or $18 from some other site, it's a no brainer... and those other sites charge for shipping too.

I've gotten several shirts. Silkscreens seem to be *very* good quality (and I used to be a screenprinter), shirt quality is more than decent for the price, and shipping is prompt.

I've ordered about 10 shirts or more in the past couple of years. I always get the shirts in less than a week, most of the time within 4-5 days. Whenever I've had an issue, mostly my own fault, they've been very easy to contact and reply to my emails within 24 hours. Problem always gets resolved immediately. The only issue I've has with the quality of the shirts is that sweat stains and certain lotions/perfumes tend to cause the colors of the shirts (not he design) to fade. Other than that, great company and I will continue to order.

I get their email daily about the $6 shirt of the day and when I see one I like, I order it. I have never had a problem. I get these shirts to hang around in, I mean I live at the beach, and with the daily deal, I am building up a pretty big tshirt wardrobe. I have started sharing them with my daughter and now she loves them too. You cannot find a better deal than a decent tshirt for $6 SHIPPED. I normally get them within a week, but they are only about 5 hours from me so I probably get them sooner than others might who do not live in Florida. The only thing I can say is that I normally wear a womans medium and I have to order an XL or a mens small to get the size right so keep that in mind when ordering. The first one I ordered is still sitting my my drawer because I ordered a medium and it was/is too small.

I've now ordered twice. Shirts arrived quickly, and in tact. 10 shirts between the two orders. No quality issues with washing. First order was placed over 6 months ago and shirts still look brand new, even the bunny holding the revolver, which gets worn easily once a week.
You know, if I cut my own shirt, I would only blame myself...

I ordered from this site several times, with a European shipping address no less. I don't really get the negative reviews, even if I had to contact customer service (one occasion), they were quick with the reply and there were no significant problems. Shipping was slow, but that is expected and all the shirts arrived in good condition.

It took 3 weeks to get three tees. When we finally did get them, the three were shoved into a "one shirt shipment bag" so when I tried to open the bag, I accidentally cut a shirt. There was no inside sleeve to protect the shirt while traveling either, just the shirts and an order summary without any contact or return information. When I contacted customer service, they were like, "we cannot replace a shirt YOU cut a hole in". Nothing else. So even though 6DollarTees over stuffed their bag, and I was cutting very slowly and carefully, a discreet, thin piece of sleeve managed to get cut because it was too thin to even know it was where I was cutting? It was an accident. If the bag is going to be shoved full, I think I should have gotten a replacement for whatever was going through their mind when they over packed the bag and sent it as snail mail. Oh yeah and processing and shipping was only supposed to take a week. It took an ADDITIONAL two weeks. No replacement for me, I guess. You can get these same designs somewhere else with a better attitude towards the customers they live off of. This was my second attempt doing business with them. I first order, they sent me a tee with a giant hole in the side. I didn't cut it, it came like that. They're cheap in all aspects. The material is thin, they only sew the fabric together with one stitch. You can get better quality stuff at a thrift store. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO STAY AWAY!

These shirts are pretty nice, only come it like two colors though. The price is good, but kinda misleading since shipping is like $5. They have some really funny ones though.

Ordered 3 shirts 5 weeks later they tell me that my order was shipped out a week after I was charged and that it takes 3 full weeks to ship to Canada so when I replied it has been 4 weeks and asked why it took so long to ship in the first place they told me to contact Canadian Customs and ask them. That should be retailers job not customers.
3 days later they Email saying that my address was wrong and I have to pay them shipping again. I told them there was no way i was paying shipping again and the address I provided was correct I even sent them a link to google maps proving it.
Then a week after all this they send me an email that my order has been canceled and that a refund will be placed on my account. I doubt I will ever get the refund and doubt it will be in full.
Total idiots!

Placed an order for approx. $100 in merchandise, paid instantly with PayPal. After 5 full business days, my order status was still listed as "Processed". I emailed customer support, asking why my order hadn't shipped yet, or if it had, why I hadn't received a tracking number, like their FAQ states. Also mentioned that I'd LIKELY have to cancel the order if they still hadn't shipped. Got a very generic reply (within 20 minutes, surprisingly) saying that it hadn't shipped, and that "as requested, your order has been cancelled and you'll be refunded within 2-3 business days." What?! You just jumped straight to cancellation, rather than research the issue and answer my initial question? Their loss. Beware of the $#*!ty customer-service. There are plenty of other similar t-shirt sites to order from...

After using my bankcard for the order, my bank called me today and asked about 3 suspicious charges, which upon review I never charged. Since I didn't use my card for some time after ordering from this site I'm assuming either they got hacked or sold my info, either way I will not use this site again, and the bank is issuing me a new card.
Terrible experience. Shipping was slow, expensive (about 30% of total cost), and customer service was rude. I was angry enogh with the experience to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and discovered they have an "F" rating.
Not a deal, and not recommended.
Based on the reviews I placed an initial small order to test this place out, it states they ship out within 2 business days, they shipped out in 4 days, the shipping is a bit slow, they use UPS which I don't understand why it takes a bit longer, I received my order 12 days after it was placed. Also customer service is a bit lacking, taking a long time to respond or you have to send multiple requests until you get a response.
When I received my order they were nicely packed together, the shirts are printed on delta pro which are good quality shirts, its the screen printing that is bad quality, very thin and faded, you can see the color of the shirt showing through the prints, also after about 2-3 washes the designs start to come of pretty badly, overall I would not order again. I ordered 10 different designs and the outcome was all the same. Great shirt if you only plan on wearing them 2-3 times since the designs will start to shred off. I also washed them all on cold with no heat dry or hang dry so there should be no reason for the designs to come off. I will shop elsewhere.

I had nothing but an awesome experience. People who say order perfectly, well yeah make sure you place the correct order otherwise you will have problems. I had one problem once and they answered my email the next day and got my replacement shirt out to me. Even let me keep the shirt that was the wrong design.

"This site is a scam". I mean, If you happen to order perfectly, you MAY get the shirt you want and you will never have to contact them. But my main, AND MOST IMPORTANT, concern is that they are impossible to reach which is a BIG NO NO when it comes how reputable a place is. Not to mention their emails are broad and never answer what you have asked. Its as if it were an automated response system. To fix my issue, they want me to pay to ship it back and then give them my card# to charge $5.00 for a reship back! ARE YOU F*ING KIDDING ME! Its a $6.00 shirt! Why would i spend more to return it. I think this is where the scam comes into play. At this point, I dont even trust the site to return my messed up shirt for exchange in fear i wont get anything back. And the sad thing is, i have ordered several times before and have been semi happy. But a company is, and should be, judged on how they provide their customer service. And thread-pit (6dollarshirts.com) doesnt stack up to that. AT ALL!
MAIN POINT - I would say, pay a little more from a more reputable and responsible company and have the peace of mind that if something goes wrong with your order, it will get fixed by real people with real service

Answer: Yes, they run about true to size. I got my girlfriend (who's 5'2" and slim) a women's small and it was way too small. I got her a men's small and it fits her great. The quality of the shirts are fantastic, and I am a frequent customer, if you have any other questions, just ask!
