Customer service was great. My order was shown as "PROCESSED" for several days and I didn't know when they'd ship it, so I emailed them and heard back within the day. The shirts are printed to order so the processing is what took the longest. On their shipping map I was in the 4 day estimate but recieved it in 2 days. The shirts are all great -- true to size, quality printings. I was very pleased with this company overall and will order from them again.

Wow wish I would have checked out the reviews on this website before ordering or giving them my credit card number. I am not sure if I actually will ever even receive my order or if someone is using my credit card number to purchase gum and slippers in Taiwan. I live in Canada and from what I hear I will likely have to contact Canadian customs to see where the hell my order is. In this day in age this company sure has a difficult set of hoops to jump through in order to get your order. Next time I will pick a Canadian website and stay away from this gem.+

I LOVE 6dollarshirts. First of all - $6 for a cool t-shirt is AWESOME! Other similar companies charge a lot for the same type of thing AND shipping. People $#*!ing about having to pay the shipping fee for returns are imbeciles. Yeah - it does kinda suck - but this is a small start-up company... and should I state the obvious again - The Shirts Are Six Dollars! Factor the shipping cost into the total shirt cost, even if you had to return... you're STILL ahead. Get over it.

I bought shirts for peeps at Christmas - can I say "the perfect gift" as each person got something that meant something to them personally... that in and of itself is valuable.

I bought a poster which got damaged in shipping and they immediately sent another. They had the 2nd one in a good tube and yet the stupid USPS ruined that mailer, it must have literally been stepped on... it crushed the 2nd one! I did not expect another replacement, and yet they sent one anyway. That is super cool - and you would not be getting that kind of customer service from a big company. They might refund the cost of the poster, but that would about it.

This is a great little company that will continue to grow. Thanks you guys ~ you rule, and I will continue to get my fun shirts from you!

I order shirts, turns out they sent me the wrong ones (wrong sizes and wrong shirt designs). When I contacted them, they explained that they don't refund shipping prices (even when it is their mistake), so I would have to cover the return shipping price to get a refund. I cancelled my order, and will never buy from them again, and will trash-talk them whenever given the opportunity. Maybe they are a good value if they don't screw up your order and then charge you for their mistake.

I have been dealing with 6dollarshirts.com for quite some time and I have fallen in love with the website, its products and the people who run the show. All my questions and inquiries have been dealt with in a professional manner.
There is one person in particular that I have to give props to and that person is Ariel. She was cognizant and hilarious and took care of my ridiculous requests in a timely fashion. My muscle clinging t-shirt collection is alive and well and 6dollarshirts.com is directly to thank for that.

I ordered some shirts, then needed to add another shirt at the last minute. Not only did I get a personal email from the customer service rep, but they completed the order and got it just in time for my daughter's Sweet 16 birthday. I appreciate their willingness to adjust and working so quickly to make the deadline. I can tell you when each girl got their shirt (the party cat shirt), they all just LOVED them. They are Bella brand, women's fit, and they are absolutely darling. A perfect gift for each party attendee and will definitely hold memories for those involved. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the company and their customer service! Kudos and Five Gold Stars to you!

I ordered these shirts thinking that they would be really low quality and the fit would be off, but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm really picky about the fit of t-shirts (I like them to be kinda tight around the arms and shoulders) and the smalls were perfect fits, I'm 5'7" with an athletic build. The designs are a funny novelty and I will definitely recommend them to my friends. 10 shirts for $60 (with shipping) is a great deal.

I have placed 3 orders for the 10 for $50 deal to date. My only issue was one shirt on my third order was not centered correctly making it unwearable. I didn't realize it for almost 3 months. I have 100's of t-shirts so I can go a long time between wearing the same shirt. I sent an email and received a reply back the same day stating they were shipping me out a replacement. Knowing they are just a small company with few employees I was impressed by the speed of their reply. The shirts are good quality and the screen printing is nice as well. I would defiantly recommend.

I ordered 10 shirts roughly 4 months ago, so I've had some time to wear them all. First the positives:

-Shipping cost was reasonable (even to Canada)
-Shipping time was fairly quick
-The prints are really nice quality
-The cost can't be beat, even with shipping was less than local shops

Now the bad: Out of the bag one of the shirts had a bad hem on it, the thread was completely frayed and half of the bottom hem of the shirt was not stitched at all. Luckily I'm handy enough that I dealt with it myself rather than go through time and expense to try and exchange a $6+s/h shirt internationally.

4 months later two other shirts are having the same issue, the bottom hems are fraying badly. This is clearly something with the shirts themselves and whatever manufacturer they use, and to be honest for $6 each I guess I shouldn't expect too much.

It is enough for me to decide to not place another order through them though, next time I need any t-shirts I'll try somewhere else, even with added cost and hope the quality of the shirts is better.

Just received my first order through you guys and I couldn't be happier! Shipping was super quick and my 10 shirt order came before the other x-mas presents I had ordered a week or more before. Aside from the shipping, you guys do great, quality work and I definitely will be back soon for more! I had pondered making an order for awhile but don't really like to buy clothing online because it never fits right. I used your measurement chart and this sizing was PERFECT! Thank you guys for being so damn awesome! I will make sure everybody I know hears about you! :)
