Worked with Jonathan and the experience was pleasant and easy. Delivery was smooth and My order came to my house very quickly even though I only paid for the free shipping. Once I unboxed the camera, I verified it had zero snaps and it was still new. I especially like the improved ISO performance, Focus is very fast, and I think it's a great camera for my purposes which include wedding photography. I'm glad I trusted 42nd street photo with a high end camera purchase.

The Sony ZV-E10 is an incredible vlogging camera at this price point. I loved its 4k video capability and eye tracking for clarity. Kit lens works better than I expected for videos. High quality videos and photos. Easy to use, has lots of controls and USB webcam. Great compact camera at unbeatable price. Was able to get it here at 42nd PHOTO despite being almost impossible to get. It shoots great vlog footage, talking head videos, and B-roll. Great all round camera and I highly recommend it.

Got this lens from 42nd street photo and I'm very happy with it. I'm using it with my Nikon D3300 in low light condition, the pictures came out excellent. I also shot it with some portrait pics and the result is amazing too. I really love it. I was super impressed, especially with it being a Sigma lens. I've always bought canon but with the canon being out of stock I had to run with the sigma. Thanks 42nd street photo for the recommendation and help with accessories.

The new Sony AX-700 4K camcorder is a giant leap from the classical SONY AX-33 ecosystem. I've filmed a couple of YouTube videos. About 20 years ago I bought a Sony TRV-950 MiniDV camcorder here. The new camcorder shoots high-quality video and the 42nd PHOTO representative listened and suggested a mic for my price range. They never let me down. Bones: it's very appropriate to have a strong alternative to the behemoth online retailer.

They are using same trick of telling me what I order was international version which wasn't indicated in the item description and have to switch to USA version, otherwise, it won't work here. After agreed to switch they charged me $1399 with $250 extra on top of original item. Then I did some research and discovered that the difference between International version and USA version was the warranty. They charged me $250 extra and gave me $149.99 of 3 years basic extened warranty which didn't include "drop and spill". I check the Canon website which sell the same model (in USA and in stock) for the same price $1,199 on top of manufacture warranty I can purchase a 4 years of CarePAK PLUS which including "drop and spill" for $184.99. What feel most uncomfortable was I called them right after I did some research and asked to cancel the order and they won't let me claimed that the order has been shipped. I called them right after Memorial weekend is over to ask for the RMA number and planning to return the whole order with unopened box as soon as I receive the package in the future and asked for a full refund. However, they said that they will charge me 20% of restocking fee. The more I did reasearch about this store, it appears to me that they have been use this trick to scam money from people for years. Please be awared and suggest to stay away from this store.

I was in the market for a Nikon D3100, 42nd street photo made the experience super easy. They didn't have it in stock when I was looking around at the price, so I asked to be notified when the item would be in stock, I received notification immediately upon restock and went ahead and made my purchase. After placing my order, the staff member who confirmed order details was friendly and helpful. Delivery time took a few days longer than anticipated but when the camera arrived it was well worth the wait and exactly what I wanted and without stretching my budget. Would recommend 42nd street photo to friends and family in future.

Grateful to 42nd St PHOTO for the help on this purchase. The X-T4 grip is fantastic. I found this grip online from 42nd St PHOTO for a good price and ordered it. Ergonomically, this grip feels great in the hand, and makes the camera larger than previous X-T models, but smaller than the X-H1, so just about the perfect size. Buttons and dials are smooth and tactile, but feel premium like the X-H1's. 42nd St PHOTO service and quick shipping was great. Will be using 42nd St PHOTO for all of our needs.

I ordered this Shure mic to use in a small church setting for dialogue between Rev and audience live streamed on the internet and it picks up both well and very clearly. 42nd street Photo has a great website and is very good with describing the specifications on the camera as well as giving details of what is contained in the box so you know exactly what you are getting. I purchased a refurbished Nikon D3100 and it was the best price when compared to other used cameras. Got free shipping too. As for the camera, the D3100 is a great camera and the shutter speed is fast enough to take my photography passion to the next level. Very happy with the purchase

Recently bought a Nikon D500 for my architectural and real estate photography business for less than the retailers' prevailing price in the market! (Kept a hawkish a eye for Black Friday). I read a lot of reviews of this company beforehand and having a 42nd Photo office in touch gave me a peace of mind in case of aftercare issues. Great communication and FedEx tracking. Camera completely genuine USA stock and perfectly packaged arrived in 3 days as projected. Would strongly recommend 42nd PHOTO as leading Nikon stockists.

Same as a previous reviewer. Ordered a camera online. Next morning, I got an e-mail asking to call. When I did, they told me that the camera I ordered was a European model, and wouldn't work here in the US. It would cost me another $250 to get the US model. I told them to cancel the order for now. They said that they would, but they would charge me $50 to cancel—because that's what they get charged by the credit card company. I immediately sensed they were pulling a fast one, so hung up, and immediately called my bank.

While on the phone to my bank, it transpired that they hadn't even made the charge yet. I think I got lucky, and was faster than them. I have had to put a hold on all online charges on my bank card for now, and hope this will stop them. I will have to wait and see, and dispute the charge if they eventually make one.

I could tell from Jack's attitude that this was a rough-and-ready outfit with which I wouldn't want to do business. I just went back to their web site, and it states nowhere that the camera I ordered was a "European only" model.

I feel like I dodged a bullet. Let's hope this is the last I ever hear for 42nd Street Photo!

This is my first drone; I've had no previous experience. It was easy to fly right away, and the video quality is excellent. Of course there are better drones but they cost more & need to be registered in the U.S., which this drone doesn't need to be, 42nd street photo made buying easy. I got a micro-SD card, extra parts, a nice carry case and fast shipping. All around great deal. Will continue to use 42nd street photo for future photography needs.

I acquired the Fujifilm 16/f2.8 this week for travel and discreet street photography. For a portable kit, this lens pairs with my X-pro and allows me to shoot discretely in street photography. Will be permanently mounted on my camera. Fast focus and ultra sharp pics. It's edge to edge sharp with minimal distortion. Excellent fine lens and typical fine Fuji quality. Excellent and very friendly service from 42nd Photo's team.

I've been using 42nd street photo for the last 10 years and have never had a bad experience. My latest purchase was the new Panasonic DMC-FZ300 camera that arrived earlier than promised after my usual online interaction with their transparent and informative website. The camera has lots of options and filter, most of which I haven't explored but I've been able to take some nice shots with it out of the box. As a long time customer I am very happy with the whole process and would absolutely recommend 42nd street to anyone!

Terrible experience with this less than reputable retailer. Ordered a Tamron 18-400mm lens on 3/31/22. Advertised price was $599, and that was the only lens choice available for that make and model on their site. Shortly thereafter received a telephone call from a store rep who used bait and switch technique to increase the price. Said that I had ordered "International" version of this lens and that it had plastic mount (which is untrue) and that it had NO warranty (which is also untrue since they all carry 6 year limited warranty for new lens). Since I had no time to research I reluctantly agreed to what appears to be out and out lies regarding their product and price. They added an in-store extended warranty to the product and increased the price to $699! Also indicated they would send revised customer order prior to shipping, which was never received. Plus, they asked if I would desire customer signature required for UPS delivery, which I did, but that was never on the shipping order and the lens was left on the front porch.

I tried several times to reach them via email with no response, attempting to cancel order prior to shipping. They went ahead and shipped anyway and I received the lens on 4/3/22. Box has NOT been opened since it is a birthday gift for household member, so unsure of condition of lens or what was included in box. Reached back out after receipt to request return and was provided a return authorization but that carried a 20% restocking fee which would ultimately negate any original savings.

Due to the poor customer service and less than transparent sales tactic I was just seeking to have the extended warranty charge removed and let the matter go, even though I will never purchase from them again and strongly recommend others heed this warning! They have not responded to my requests.

I'm a longtime Panasonic m434 user, I have been an avid photographer hobbyist since I was 12yr old in 1976. This Lumix S5 is the best professional video camera in under $2k for a small video production company or commercial work. It's even better value when you include the 20-60mm lens. Can't beat the price! The employee who helped me was very decorous, accurate information and communicative with client. 42nd Photo is a very reputable trading company as well as the DHL courier is quite impressive.

The website is well laid out, with a wide range of products in every category. Delivery was made within a few days of purchase and my Sony HXR-NX200 Camera was exactly as described. The multiple emails and phone messages informing me of the package delivery status were beyond most typical Online Stores. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and I will be purchasing from 42nd street photo again.

These guys are scammers.

Will tell you a price on their website. Then after purchase tell you that you bought a Eauropean model. Then tell you the domestic version is significantly higher than the actual regular price of the item. Then when you call their bluff they will hanv up the phone on you and block/forward your number.

I must say I am more than satisfied with the online ordering and the prompt delivery. I was Kept up to date with regular emails on delivery time and I Received my Camera Very well packaged. I have had it for a couple weeks and I've done a few test shots and I've found it to be a terrific little camera. Using Canon EF 24-105mm lens the camera focuses quickly and accurately and produces properly exposed shots. I absolutely love it. Also 42nd street photo is a Great company to deal with. No complaints
