Stay away from this vulture market no matter what the price they advertise. It's a well designed 'tourist trap' and an online wormhole for your cash to go in to trash.

The cable IFC-200U works great, shipping was pretty fast, if I need anything more for my Canon camera I'll definitely buy again from this place.

Scam artists. Bought the Fujifilm EX-2 there. They advertise the price to be 1029 USD on their website. However once you go there and want to make the purchase they are demanding that you purchase a three year warranty costing 171 USD. Making the camera considerably more expensive than at first. So I can only repeet myself be on the lookout for this.

Amazing seller. Purchased a lens right before the New Years holiday expecting shipping to take a week and received within a couple days. Lens is amazing and came well packaged.

There was no pressure to purchase additional options though they asked if I had everything I needed to start using the camera. Shipping was fast and very well packed sso as not to damage it during shipping. Overall fantastic impression and would recommend them and will be back in the future to purcahse additional equipment.

I ordered a Canon SX50HS camera. They saved me about $80 from buying local. I missed a line on the order form. They called to get the info, not a e-mail. I liked that. Very pleased with the company.And will order from them again.

The price was great, the shipping was fast. I messed up my billing and the customer service rep took care of it all at once. All in all, I am very pleased with the price, service and of course, my camera.

The layout of the website is clear, navigation within the site is great, and custom support page has all the proper functionalities (5 stars). Unfortunately, the online help was off-line and email went unanswered. To a customer, a website is only as good as it is interactive and responsive.

I used to shop there before the internet! They are a good and never let me down.
This order shipped the day after in was placed. The only thing that prevents 5 stars is their up-sell phone call before processing the order; although they were not pushy. This is typical for low priced NY/NJ internet operators.

I had one conversation with an employee at 42nd St. Photo and was impressed with his professionalism and courtesy and my camera arrived within a few days as promised.

Not only did they have the lowest prices on the net, they also had 5 star customer service and shipped my item quickly. It's good to know that there are still companies concerned with the "customer service" aspect of the business.
