I purchased this with the promise that I could receive my money back if I was not satisfied and if I had questions I could email or message them. No one ever responded to anything. I have certain diet restrictions and I was hoping for some clarifications on a few parts of the plan and NEVER A RESPONSE. I became frustrated and requested a refund several different ways including PayPal, Brian's emails, and ClickBank and yet NOTHING! This is a scam.
The 3 Week Diet taught me the most important lesson about dieting - Dieting is not about starving the body, it is about listening to the needs of your body. If you thought that this was one of those common 'how to lose weight in x days' kind of book, then prepared to be awed. Not only does this have a plethora of explained phenomenon in a manner that appeals to us since it's written in a casual manner. Needless to say that since the diet plan was based on tons of different studies, the chances of this diet not working for you is extremely slim to none. Overall, I'm really happy that I read this book and I can vouch for the diet plan's effectiveness.

Over the years, I had a lot of weight problems, which had led to me shying away from social gatherings, as I wanted to avoid encounters with random people, as I was not comfortable with my weight. Then while browsing online I happened to stumble upon this 3-week diet plan and as I was going through it I loved how it had explained all the different nutrients one by one and how both exercise and a proper diet can help one tackle weight problems. I have found this book quite useful and easy to follow. The author has gone into detail of each and everything with proven research statistics and facts which helps the readers in motivating them. The approach to food is simpler. The myth that you have to totally cut off your meals has been proven wrong by the author, instead you just have to manage your calorie intake along with the consistent exercise. In my opinion, the book deserves a 5-star rating.
I just read the book for my personal interest. Soon I realized that I should follow the diet program as it is easy to follow and trustworthy. The autor explains and talks in very lively manner. Most importantly, it is a science-based diet program that guaranteed to reduce the body fat up to 13 pounds in just 21 days. Earlier, I thought foods like blueberries can reduce fat. I also read many articles that claim the issues like TOP FAT BURNING FOOD. But after reading The 3 Week Diet, my conception changed because FOOD DOES NOT BURN FAT. However, the author gives very important instruction and information in a very easy way. As a result, the program is easy to follow and I have started my dieting based on the book!

It does not give you false hopes that you will not lose weight in 21 days. It's factual and that is what makes it different from the other weight-loss books I have read in my lifetime.

I just read this book and have to say that I am very excited to get started. The author does a fantastic job explaining the science behind 'The Three Week Diet'. I was fascinated to learn about how eating fat can burn fat during week three, and how you can be in a fasted and fat burning state while still getting to eat every day. Loved this book! It lays everything out so beautifully so that anyone and everyone willing to give it a shot will easily find success.

I have read multiple diet books and have to say this is one of the most comprehensive books that I have found. Not only does the author include an exercise schedule along with the diet, the book also addresses will power and motivation which I think is an important topic for diet books to focus on. Each point was backed by facts and results of studies instead of just one persons view point. The book also addresses what you should do after the 21 day diet to either maintain your weight or continue losing and I love that fact. In all the diet and exercise programs I have done the section on maintaining your desired weight is usually lightly brushed over if discussed at all.
The 3 Week diet is a well defined diet and exercise plan based on scientific rationale and personal experiences of the creator. It is an easy to read plan of action and one that I think is manageable in todays busy world. I like that he talks about there being no magic pill and that it is hard work and dedication to obtain a significant amount of weight loss. I also like that this weight loss is meant to stay off and not simply come right back on after stopping the 3 week plan because you will be using habits that you developed during this time to continue to maintain the weight.
