Loving the results!

Truth be told, I have been overweight since I was a teenager. I have tried most diets and exercises. But it either doesnt work or I give up halfway through it. But with this book I have finally been able to stick with it and see the results. It might be hard to follow a new regime, or to get out of bad habits, but I must say, it is really worth it you just have to keep pushing. And as soon as you start seeing the results it gets easier; and the results shone through pretty early on.

I would like to recommend this book to anyone interested in controlling the weight in the scientific manner. There are many programs, but this book has covered everything related to the business. I was a fatso for around last 10 years, tried a heck load of diets and plans. All of them were far away from working, I kept trying and finally came across The 3-week diet. God, its a real miracle not because there is some hidden magic, but its pristine science explaining dos and donts. The 3 Week Diet is a great, insightful and informative book. The contents are easy to follow and it is guaranteed to transform your body within 3 week literally. Worth every penny!

At first I was skeptical about buying or trying this plan till I decided to just give it a shot. I don't regret buying this at all. I lost 8 lbs in the first week (cleansing phase)and my sugar cravings have reduced greatly. I'm currently on the final phase and I am loving the results so far. The past few years I tried almost everything, from heavy exercise to diets and planed meals, I even consulted a nutritionist but nothing worked for me. I was so disappointed that I almost lost all my hope of having the perfect body. The 3WD helped me a lot and i managed to lose weight at a faster pace. This diet makes sense and the words of the creator are inspirational. What I liked about the diet was that having dieted all my life, I use to believe in waiting for results. I would get side tracked and jump off the diet and get bored. With the inspiration and method of this one weight loss is faster and more inspirational to keep going and keep up. The other thing that really helps is trying and not being so concrete with the diet. Trying something fro 21 days is helpful in saying whether I want to stick with the diet or take the best of what I learned and just incorporate the diet into my life. Thank you so much for creating something sensible, inspirational, and not so complicated to follow.

When I got a copy of the 3 Week Diet I was a bit skeptical - but I was encouraged to read it by someone and was pleasantly surprised. It's full of easy-to-understand science about your body and the realities of our modern diet and what we fail to do. For those in America the author uses the term S.A. D. (standard American diet) which is, of course, a sad thing. Use the tools the book gives you to inform yourself and make better choices about your daily life, which will then lead to results.

There is nothing as terrible as having gone from diet to diet with no results at all. However, the 3-week diet plan not only got me the body transformation I was looking for but it also changed my life. What I loved about the book is how it demystified weight loss and put it simply that there are no miracles/short ways about losing weight; you have to work for it. I was able to lose 15 pounds off from the diet and I am keeping up with some of the tips and tricks I picked up to reach my goal weight.

The 3 Week Diet works! It is simple to follow and the food is delicious!

I am on Day 2 of Phase 3 and I am really seeing results. I started the experience with a desire to release 50 pounds and reduce my body fat percentage from 42% to 23%. After 9 days, I am already down 7.4 pounds. My body fat percentage is down 2%!

Brian recommends walking and other exercises in the plan. In addition to the eating plan I have been doing the 8fit app HIIT exercises first thing in the morning during my "fasting period" (about 4 days a week) and yoga (3-4 days after work - some hot yoga some regular yoga). My sister and I are going for a 30 minute walk today.

I recommend doing this plan with someone because having a buddy really does help. My sister is following the eating plan with me and she is also seeing results She is down 3.5 pounds. My sister has less to fat to release. She wants to release 24 pounds.

Honestly, I feel like a fat burning machine. During the first day of adding the caffeine and the gum I felt a little jittery/weird because I normally do not drink coffee. But the body is really an amazing machine. It adjusted to the added caffeine easily. It is only Day 2 of adding the caffeine and I already feel a difference from Day 1.

If you want to release weight quickly and see results, I recommend this diet. If you follow the diet and enjoy the process you will see results. After I complete the full 21 days I will try to remember to return with my total overall results. I hope this helps anyone who is on the fence about purchasing Brian's product.

I love the 3 week diet! I am finally losing weight. It takes a lot of work, but it is so worth it. For the first time I don't feel totally deprived or so hungry that I am falling over. I suck at diets

I have completed 6 days and lost 1.4 pounds I agree with the plan because I lost weight on Atkins years ago. But having gotten older and gone through hormonal changes I had hoped this would take off 10 pounds quickly so I could focus on the last 5 and toning exercises. But at one pound for 6 days there is no way to reach 10 in two more weeks. I did not follow exactly because I knew Atkins so that may be my problem. So I am going to start again and stick to it exactly as I should and see if I can come back in a week with at least 5 lb loss.
