I was skeptical at first when my friend recommended The 3-Week Diet to help me manage my weight. However, today my attitude has changed. This is the 16th day reading the following the guidelines provided in the book, and I can feel incredible changes to my weight. The book is well written. The writer shows understanding of the working of the body. I am sure by the 21st day; I will have shed more weight that when I was using other means. This book is one of a kind, and you should try it too.
I dont need to diet or lose weight but read the 3 week diet book out of curiosity. My conclusion? Its worth reading for a number of reasons. The most useful information was that it takes 21 days to learn a good habit, or unlearn a bad one. That goes for smoking, exercising, dieting, etc. We all know that but we dont really internalize it. Like all bad habits, we know we shouldnt or should do something but we ignore it. I believe that if you can stick to this, or any other diet, for 3 weeks, you WILL adopt better eating habits. Coupled with some very good advice about food values, youll lose weight too. Its not a fad diet. Its a plan. I think it was the Chinese who said if you have a plan, the job is half done. As I said, I dont need to lose weight but Im following the plan to adopt better eating habits. Step one for me is to drink 6 glasses of water every day for 21 days. Then well see. Ill let you know if Im still doing it in week 4. Id recommend reading the book. It may just give you that boost to make some lifestyle changes.
I have recently finish the book and working on it. Its my 8th day and I have felt so positive vibe in me. I joined a gym to lose weight and its been 2 years but I only felt less changes. But after completing this book and working on it, I have felt a massive change just within the 8 days. Its amazing I have lose 4 pounds. Its totally unbelievably for me as I was pushing so harder in my gym. This book came as a god in my life.

I have been an avid reader of weight loss books as they psychologically keep me motivated to lose weight. I must say, a lot many books helped me achieve my goal of weight loss but I never came across anything more elaborated than this nice book. It has explained everything in such a fashion that you don't need to remember complex mantras to help yourself. This book has everything from scientific logics to a healthy motivation. The way writer broke down important ingredients of our daily life was writing at its best. Its a must have book if you are serious about weight loss.
I have been on the 3week diet for 4 days, I can already see and feel a difference in my weight and how I am feeling. I know without a doubt that I will stay on the diet for the full 21 days. I have been following the 3 week diet for 18 days now and I have lost 16lbs! It's incredible, some of the diet is hard to stick by at first, but the results so far have been well worth the mild discomfort of feeling a little hungry here and there. This diet plan is very well written and a wealth of knowledge on how the body actually burns fat. The only supplement I used on this diet was the recommended fish oil capsules. I also go on one 30min waIk per day. I have tried Weight watchers, Atkins and just basic calorie counting and exercise programs none of which worked even close to as well as this diet.

I just downloaded and read the entire 3 week diet process. Everything makes so much sense! I have always said my body loses more weight during fasting. But now I have the whole process so I can get the most from the food I eat and when I eat them! I'm so excited to start tomorrow with Day 1!
At the time of purchase i was little bit skeptical about the product claim, how would it be possible to loose weight in just three weeks but as I go through the book three week diet i come to know the science behind the weight loss or instead of weight loss it is the science behind the health and healthy body. I loose my weight approximately 15 lbs. I recommend all to at least read the book and realize how we can stay on healthy diet and maintaining our weight. It is an amazing program. I lost 16lb. Before starting this program, I had been on diet and lost 8lb in 2 months already. Thus I didnt expect this diet plan would help me lose more. I even lost my second pregnancy weights, I will keep having the same diet in phase4. Hope I can lose 12 lb more soon.
I have struggled with weight loss for years due to the medication I have to take, but when my work colleague recommended me this book - I thought I had nothing to lose. At the beginning of the first week was tricky because I had to make adjustments and get used to it, but then towards the end I think I'd adjusted pretty well and then from then on it was a cake walk! After the second week, I had already noticed changes in my body inside and out! I feel healthier, lighter and even my husband has noticed a change in my body it's great. I stepped on the scales after my third week and I had lost 15 pounds! That is more than I had ever imagined and more than I had ever lost after any other diet I've tried in the past.
I read this book because I want to maintain my body weight, not because I am overweight. I really got a serious problem on this one. I can easily gain and lose weight. As long as I know, thing like this will never end good.
A unique book, I must say. It never talks only about losing weight as quickly as possible, but how to live a healthy life. The most amazing thing is how the author emphasized the power of willpower. Kind of a new stuff for me, but as the book said, it works.

After seeing such rapid results from dieting, it encouraged me to keep going. When trying something new in life, like dieting, it's always best to have some form of support. Us, as women, especially need some encouragement when it comes to almost anything to do with our bodies or when we change our image.
But let me tell you all wonderful experiences I've had with The 3 Week Diet. This diet is by far the best diet I've ever tried. It amazes me still to this day how I lost so much weight in such a short period of time. The diet actually burns 3-4 months as much weight in 3 weeks! I would recommend this diet to anyone. The results are unbelievable!
