I am not the type who would make a point of leaving reviews for every book I read. But this will have to be an exception.The 3 Week Diet is exactly what I needed to lose my weight in a record time without breaking a sweat, and I thank my stars that I stumbled upon this eBook when I was just about to give up on weight loss books. The 3 Week Diet contains practical, inventive and easy-to-follow tips to losing weight fast. Everything in this guide works.

I've tried Losing Weight for sometime now, and all my effort did not work. I Bought Every Weight Loss Course or Program that Came My Way but nothing happened. Not until I Discovered 3 Week Diet. I Could not ask for More From a Book, The Book Explains How Our Body works in Regards to Losing Weight. The Book Explains that there is No Such Thing as Fat Burning Food. It Explained That Food Can't burn Fat Rather it Provides Calories for the Body. The Book explains How Our Body Absorbs Nutrient and Why We Get Fat. I Lost 20 Pounds Within Seven Days. "This Book Is A Most Read".

There are plenty of bogus sites out there which claim to reduce your weight in a matter of few days time. Frankly speaking, even I thought the "3 week Diet" was a waste of time and money. But I was totally wrong. Well written in an easy to understand and friendly tone, I do recommend this book to everyone who is determined to cut their weight in a matter of few week's time! The diet is divided into different phases in this book, with each phase explaining a lot about what to eat and in the right proportion. If you follow the diet in this book, it even cleanses your body! Great book!

I hate diets! That will never change. Astoundingly enough, I like The 3 Week Diet and for good reasons.
It's feasible! You're not expected to lose and maintain weight in just a couple of days as if your body's metabolism were modeling clay. Its well-thought-out and easy to follow.
Its based on medical facts! I'm a doctor (GP), so starving myself, taking all sorts of "miracle" pills or restrictive eating habits are things I completely avoid from the get-go.
It's real! After only 2 weeks, I've lost 13.5 pounds and I can confidently say that my health is improving!

I was having a hard time finding the right diet for rapid weight loss. But when I came across The3- Week Diet, my outlook towards diet and weight loss changed forever. Stop being fat

I accidently found this book on the Internet and fell in love with it. Frankly speaking I never trusted the books of such type. They are all the same and have never helped me to lose my weight. But The 3 Week Diet really works!

The best thing of the book is that it not only contains the steps to losing weight but also gives the understanding of how we get fat. It doesnt say us stop eating, it explains how im-portant to follow the healthy diet and keep track of what we eat. The 3 Week Diet will make you lose weight without painful workouts and a huge cash outlay.

My wedding was to be scheduled the next month. I used to eat a lot during my class breaks. Resultantly, I gained extra pounds and I started looking really ugly. I found this The 3 Week Diet by Brian Flatt on the internet. Though, I never trusted the reviews before given on any product but somehow I was attracted by this plan. I tried it and remained tight to it without cheating. It has been designed so awesomely that all the elements of this plan worked in a gorgeous sense. It really did wonders for me and on my big day I was all in shape.

An absolute winner

When I travelled to California to be with my sister for her birthday, I just could not believe it - she had lost a whooping 20 pounds, I was jealous!

I took the claim made in the book about moving scale, fitting clothes and shrinking body as a challenge. The joyous moment was when I realized it happening where I felt dire need of changing my entire wardrobe. 3 Weeks Diet Plan was really meant for 3 weeks and such significant result have astonished my family where some of them have also asked me if I had gone through Liposuction which I off-course didnt (*laughter*).

Amazing Diet Plan

Just what I needed!

I found a link to the 3 week diet online as I was desperate to get back into shape in the run up to my 40th birthday. I was very skeptical at first about the amount of weight/fat it promised I could lose in 21 days, but having read through the book it all makes sense scientifically. I have struggled with my weight over the years trying one thing after another whilst gradually increasing the pounds, I struggle to even lose 1lb a week when following a calorie-restricted low/medium carb diet now, where I used to find this would work. I have now completed 8 days and pleased to say that I am 10lbs down which is an amazing result for me and is certainly keeping me motivated. I really struggled with the 24hr fast yesterday but am looking forward to the next 2 weeks and adding a bit more variety to my diet. I'm hoping this gives me the kickstart I need to make inroads on my weight/fat loss journey, still have a little way to go but I'm hoping that by the time my 40th arrives I will be in a more comfortable place even if I don't reach my target.

I'll update after my 21 days to give my final verdict/results

My life changed

I had problems with weight my whole life. I tried many different diets and read many books on the subject without much results.My friend recommended that I read this book. I can honestly say that after implementing advice from this book into my daily life it all changed for the better. For the first time in my life, I was satisfied with my body and gained confidence and energy that flowed into other areas of my life. This book will teach you a lot about how your body works and what to do in those three weeks to lose weight.

The 3 week diet is good. I never trusted the reviews I was seeing, because I am not the type that would trust reviews online. I've tried many source that didn't work, so this was my last try.

Besides helpful and up-to-date nutritional information and handy exercise tips, there's also very practical psychological tips to help you stick with the diet and maintain the mental strength needed to successfully lose the weight - and keep it off. I didn't believe it could be possible to loose weight within twenty-one days. I have been searching online for ways to loose weight, but what I have been seeing wasn't helpful.
