There are plenty of bogus sites out there which claim to reduce your weight in a matter of few days time. Frankly speaking, even I thought the "3 week Diet" was a waste of time and money. But I was totally wrong. Well written in an easy to understand and friendly tone, I do recommend this book to everyone who is determined to cut their weight in a matter of few week's time! The diet is divided into different phases in this book, with each phase explaining a lot about what to eat and in the right proportion. If you follow the diet in this book, it even cleanses your body! Great book!

It's feasible! You're not expected to lose and maintain weight in just a couple of days as if your body's metabolism were modeling clay. Its well-thought-out and easy to follow.

I found a link to the 3 week diet online as I was desperate to get back into shape in the run up to my 40th birthday. I was very skeptical at first about the amount of weight/fat it promised I could lose in 21 days, but having read through the book it all makes sense scientifically. I have struggled with my weight over the years trying one thing after another whilst gradually increasing the pounds, I struggle to even lose 1lb a week when following a calorie-restricted low/medium carb diet now, where I used to find this would work. I have now completed 8 days and pleased to say that I am 10lbs down which is an amazing result for me and is certainly keeping me motivated. I really struggled with the 24hr fast yesterday but am looking forward to the next 2 weeks and adding a bit more variety to my diet. I'm hoping this gives me the kickstart I need to make inroads on my weight/fat loss journey, still have a little way to go but I'm hoping that by the time my 40th arrives I will be in a more comfortable place even if I don't reach my target.
