After a long time, I read a good book about diet program. I was trying to reduce some weight in a natural way and I found this book! I have read several other diet plan books but most of them suggest worthless supplements but in this book Brian provides some motivational steps which are really good. Especially I like the "Will Power" section. Really if we want to burn some fat from our body, we can but sometimes we can't do it due to lack of will power. Others tips were equally helpful to burn some fat but this "Will Power" one - I like the most!
This book is a complete must-have, if you want a quick progress in losing weight. From my personal experience, I can say that losing weight requires willingness, motivation and willpower, but most importantly, knowledge. Before reading The 3 Week Diet, I tried a lot of diets and ended up disgusted and weak after a few days. That's because I didn't have a proper knowledge about it. This is a fantastic piece of work! This diet book is very interesting and well-written. The suggested methods for weight loss are clearly stated and adequately described in a friendly tone. I didn't find it easy to adhere to the methods but I found that I grew into them in a matter of days. One thing I enjoyed about the book is that its really easy to read and I can easily identify with it. The methods are effective and I got my desired weight in no time.
