What impressed me most of the 3-week diet is how well it explains not only the diet but also how the book takes you through the three weeks with a comprehensive meal plan, exercise and motivation guide. The plan is easy to follow, and the motivation section helps one to stay focused with the result in mind. I particularly love how the author explains the plan in three easy sections. Being a mom of 2 kids, I have gained 30 pounds and counting. Whats worse, I know that I have yet to gain more as I stay at home. Wow what a life changing book this is! If you want to lose weight fast and feel better about yourself then you definitely need to read this book. It only takes three weeks and you can lose up 10,15 or even 20 pounds! I know it sounds crazy but as long as you follow the tactics this books suggests then you will see the results. It is very informative and gets right to the point. You'll also learn about the science behind losing weight. For example, what proteins fats and carbs are and how they affect your body. This is a must read!
I have purchased the book and it is AWESOME. Unlike other rapid weight loss plans, this provides realistic ways to change your habits. It also gives good information on how the body works in relation to weight gain/loss. I feel that this is going to work. Starting the plan in the morning!

I have always been a fitness and nutrition enthusiast and I am no stranger to the gym.
Burning calories by way of hard core cardio and strength training. I keep my ratio of eating around 90% healthy and give myself about 10% wiggle room for treats and error. Why couldn't I lose those stubborn 10 lbs?
Once I read the 3 Week Diet, it all clicked.
Although I work out and eat healthy, my issue was that I gave in everytime I felt those "conditioned" hunger pangs.

I am an almost 43 year old mother of teens. I was living as an alcoholic for some time and was at 100 pounds because I drank n never ate. Being sober and diagnosed with Bipolar 1, ADHD, PTSD ANXIETY W/panic attacks and Major depression. I stopped drinking and was given different meds until we found a balance. In the midst of maturing I was at 165 pounds at 5'3" in mid February this year. I started the 3 week diet and lost almost 23 pounds in the first week. I could fit into my regular clothes again. I went into a deep depression and continued the eating for the next two weeks, which brings us to now. I'm going to start tomorrow 4/11/16 at 145 pounds and by my bday this plan is simple and easy. The protein shakes tastes awesome. The yohimbinehcl is super intense if you are little and don't really do caffeine on a daily basis you should not take it until you have eaten something, just until you see how it feels yourself. Trial n error with everything and starting tomorrow I will be doing the work outs and following the diet even pass my bday, 04/22 until the 2nd of May. I will be posting a video every 2 or three days either working out or eating. I know it seems there are so many people saying the same thing just so we take out our credit cards and fill up others pockets with our money just to purchase a lot of fluff that does nothing to help us get to each of our comfy zone. Tight, firm and gorgeous! I apologize for the book and I am honestly happy to start again. Til manana all. If you are debating this purchase I so wouldn't say to spend your rent money, car payment or food dollars etc. This is truly a blueprint on how to eat and live while maintaining the body that each of us started with in the beginning.
