Like many of you I have tried most of the diets out there, and yo-yo back to being overweight and unhealthy. I learned through The 3 week diet that it's about changing habits and this diet gives you the step by step tools to make the changes you need to make if you want to be healthy. Please give it your best effort, you can do anything for 3 weeks! You will not be disappointed, do it for yourself, do it for your family. I know it has been a long time since I have left a review on anything but after reading The 3 Week Diet I just wanted to let others know how great it actually is. What I always check about a diet is whether it was tested, how it works, and who created it. 3 Week Diet was developed for more than a decade and tested for a couple of years by a renowned trainer and nutritionist called Brian Flatt. I love that the book also reflects on exercise as well as motivation and willpower and decided to take my chances. The 3-week Diet is an excellent place to start for your weight loss journey. This book gives a step-by-step guide of how to begin what we need to do all 52 weeks of the year to care for our bodies and keep us at a healthy BMI. I like that the book narrows in on three weeks of change. Narrowing it to this time frame does not overwhelm the reader. It also has been proven that you can change habits in 21 days, so this gives the reader a substantial base to work off of. I especially care for the chapters on insulin and carbohydrate counting. This place a huge part in weight loss as these are usually consumed in excess. Great read.
This book is a very easy read for those interested in nutrition but do not know where to begin. I believe it is important to break down the concepts in a way we can understand what we are intaking into our body, and this book does just that! Emphasizes the importance of exercises related to a nutritious diet. Excellent read, and would recommend for any one looking for lose weight, and get healthy the right way!
I love the 3 week diet! I'm already done week 1 and feel so great! I especially love the motivation manual as I have always had problems losing weight and keeping it off due to a negative mindset. I feel like I'm finally able to take hold of my health and wellness in an easy to manage way. The 3 Week Diet breaks down why other diets don't work and offers a better way to approach weight-loss. I trust that the diet should work; the book has moved me to incorporate into my life what Brian Flatt has made a habit in his. The provided food lists makes choosing what to eat easier, and just being able to calculate my BMR with this book in less than 5 minutes is really motivating. I am especially looking forward into carrying out the exercises -- the illustrations are very helpful. I would have liked an illustration for the Steam Engines, but I think I got the general idea. Thanks to the author!

I have used this book as a way to help myself through my weight loss as a musician. My appearance is important and it is best for me to always look fit. I've been looking for this book for half of my life. It has so much useful information inside. It's great to know what, when and why to eat. The author explains every step of the diet so anyone can understand the logic behind it. The diet worked great for me, even though I couldn't quit on cheese. I was so happy to see the book tells how much to eat to keep things under control! I lost my belly fat, so I had to get myself some new clothes.
The best thing about the 3 Week Diet? It WORKS! I've always been the one jumping from diet to diet hoping to lose those last stubborn pounds, but inevitably, I always gave up from lack of results. This book addresses the problem of slow, stubborn weight loss in a scientific and easy to manage way. Within days of starting the diet I felt better and the weight was just falling off. I just finished reading the 3weekdiet book and I have to say that I was really impressed with the simplicity by which the weight loss process was explained. I finally understand what it takes to be able to lose weight and maintain it. I am going to begin using this diet finally and am excited to begin because I truly believe. Thank you for helping me finally understand.
