This is only my 2nd day and i already feel it. Weird i know i haven't exercised yet as unwell but if i can notice it and feel better as i have tried everything and i have an under active thyroid gland which i was so fatigued on. I am going to weigh myself tom mow and will let you know but have my nrg back not huge but been able to get out of bed and I am praying this will get better and shed the weight i put on… I am thinking of putting up pics as I'm positive person if the results are what they say
I had a lot of issues trying to download then I didn't even get the full program! I assumed that I had gotten the complete program (intro, diet and workout) on the download only to realize, after reading to the end of the intro (14 pgs), that that's all I had gotten! I paid all that money and in order to re-download, I'd have to pay AGAIN! THEN I was suckered into trying to get an additional directive to lose another +or- 10 lbs (by giving a review) and the instructions of what do do were not with the site that you made the review but rather at the BOTTOM of the original site that you left in order to give the review! Then you're asked to send the link to the review, well... I don't even know how to do that so again, suckered because by this time I had already given the review! It should be way more simple for the regular/average person who may not be so tech-savvy to navigate! Or is that the idea so you end up not having to give away "free" stuff!?
For quite some time I have been struggling on how I can reduce my weight loss since I work till late hours and I don’t also mind what I eat. The book addresses on the actions to be taken so that you can reduce the weight and also it directs people about the healthy eating. I have made my conclusion to start watching the food I eat and eating healthy. I am motivated to carry out the exercise they are advising people to take and see my results at the end of the three weeks. Guys try the book out.
I am on day 8 of the 3 week diet, and while I cheated by having coffee since day 2 because I couldn't function without it, I happily report that I have lost 12 pounds so far! It's super easy to plan meals, and after the 3rd day you start feeling great! I highly recommend this product!
I’m looking for a book that could help me lose weight this year because I ate a lot last holiday season and I think my weight doubled up. I’m grateful I found this book, The 3 Week Diet and I have been reading it two weeks from now and although I haven’t been taking any action about my diet yet, I find the book so interesting! As today I’m writing this review from the book, I decided to take the first step, to start eating healthy and watching the foods I eat. I’m really amaze how this book motivates me to start my diet and of course with lots of exercise needed and I’m looking forward for my results in 3 weeks! You guys should definitely get a copy of this book!
The 3 Week Diet was a surprising read. The author is very conversational and simplifies the science behind the diet for the reader. The diet itself is similar to IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros), except you don’t need fancy macro nutrient calculators, or scales to eat properly. The scientific studies that support this type of fasting program does not lie. What’s more, many diet and exercise programs focus heavily on losing fat, but fail to explain HOW. The creator of The 3 Week Diet explains how fat must be mobilized in order to burn away. This is the missing piece to every diet and exercise program that I’ve seen.
I was skeptical of the book at first but seeing the positive reviews, I was always enthusiastic to give it a shot. I am now glad that I read the book and applied what it said. The book contains some amazing weight loss techniques which helped me lose most of my belly fat in the first three weeks. It was amazing to see my old body back!
