I don`t have any excess weight problems but this book interested me as a specialist in physical education and health. Book is really good to learn how to calculate the calories and to create 24/7 fat burning enviroment. No any hypno or shock-therapy, not any training - just a book, which helps to become as healthy as you desire. Agree that:
- the problem of ex-weight exists all over the world
- our body needs regular exercises
- we must take so many energy (of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and water) from outside, as many we use it inside.
- more muscules = more metabolism.
Only one question to authors I have in a chapter about a nicotine gum:"Is it real, that the nicotine and the nicotine ACID are the similar substances?"
But, any way as I said THIS BOOK IS REALLY GOOD!
I was tired of my stubborn body fat and then I stumbled across ‘’The 3 Week Diet’’. It is an amazing book and I would recommend this book to the entire world. This book serves as a way for everybody to have a healthy and normal lifestyle and outlook in life. It gives us specifics, information, thoughts and suggestions on how we can maintain a good and healthy body, so I can say that it is a very good source for everybody who needs to be aware about their diet. I could not stop myself from giving this book a five star review.
