Loving it!

I'm on day 3 of the 3weekdiet. I'm already down 3 pounds. Plus my sleep is better as are my energy levels! Also, I have an umbilical hernia...& the ab exercises plus the weight loss are helping it a lot. I would definitely recommend this diet & exercise program!

3 week diet works

I just started the diet 3 days ago. First I read the entire doc... twice. Very informative about the science behind our bodies and weight loss rationale. I have already lost 5 lbs. and am very excited to continue. I am following it exactly and it is working for me... If you can muster some willpower, it should work for you too. As he says, you can commit to anything for 21 days.

As a Naturopathic Doctor personal trainer and nutritionist, I often employ many of the strategies in the 3 day diet, however, never have I combined them in such a masterful way. I have already seen great results for myself and a few of my clients who I shared the system with.

I just purchased this weight loss plan and have just finished reading through the information. I'm so very excited to get started. He really explained the whole thing like it was made just for me. I do wish that there washould a website to look through with real people experience.

This is amazing

You really lose weight on a daily basis. The only thing that bothered me is that you might feel hungry on this diet. However, I am a vegetarian and this might be the reason for the hunger.
Try the diet! I lost have lost over five pounds on the beginning of day five and I started with a BMI of 21, so I am not overweight and still lose a lot of weight.

I've tried so many diets that I can't even remember them all. The Three Week Diet is by far one of the best ones. It is simple and easy to follow and it works. The science behind it makes me feel safe and supported by facts not just hype and sales jargon. It defies a lot of the traditional diet trends and this is good for me because many of those did not work for me. This one truly does and it is inexpensive. It's easy to follow and doesn't take a lot of time to figure out and implement. I've lost 15 pounds on it and kept it off. I can always go back to certain phases of the detox if I find myself wandering off the track. I highly recommend this diet over all the others claiming to be the best on the market right now.

I rarely write reviews, if ever. Probably because I find the product/service useless and/or generic.
This is NOT the case with Brian Flat's 3-Week Diet.
I lost 10 lbs. and a pant size in 3 weeks.
If anyone is hesitant about trying it out, I urge you not to be.
Brian shares fat loss tips/facts you probably never heard of before. I know I hadn't. And they work. Fast.
Take pics of yourself before you begin, and then every week after that, during the diet, just so you can see how fast your body composition changes. I can see my ribs again! That was so exciting for me. I couldn't believe my eyes at first.
LOVE this program!

UPDATE: I am thrilled to report that it's been about 5 months now since I began and finished the 3 week diet. I did 2 cycles, with 2 weeks in between as a break. To my surprise, I lost another ten pounds, and have not gained any weight back, even though it's been months now. And I still get compliments all the time. Maybe everyone was expecting me to rebound, as I did. Haha. Anyway, I decided to become an affiliate of the 3 week diet, and promote it. I have completed the first 12 days and have lost 12lb already which I have never done before in this time scale. It is easy to follow and you do see speedy results day to day which keeps you motivated, especially in the 1st 8 days.

Not sustainable.

I was committed. I was. But the diet was so intense I slipped a few times. I had no energy, my last weeks of school were grey and sad. I had the worst yo-yo effect ever because I was just so hungry. I finished the whole thing, but I was simply not able to keep the weight off because I was just SOOO hungry! It wasn't that I wasn't motivated or anything, this diet is simply not sustainable long-term. Don't do this diet if you want to keep weight off long-term or have a lot of weight to lose, because there is simply no sustaining.

P.s. At the back of the book it says that if you finished the diet, you could write a review about it, then send the link to them and get another way that was gonna lose you ten pounds without exercise. I did, and the review was good, but I didn't get any e-mail back, nor did I get any thing that got me losing and extra ten. As a matter of fact, I gained twenty as a yo-yo effect.

Turned 50, had a few wake-up calls and decided it was time for a change. I have hip that needs replacing and I was using that as excuse but decided I was in pain already might as well be doing something positive with it. I found this diet somehow and have lost a lot of weight through 11 days of the diet. Yes, you need to walk every day, yes you need to eat less, yes you need to eat veggies, and commit to it it you want it. I hated vegetables but am loving 'em now as the weight is coming off. I will start workouts now and using BMR and reduced calories to drive more weight off as I progress through next 10 days.

If you made it this far, you want to lose weight so just do it. Get this diet, a fitbit, good pair of shoes, and then read diet, follow it, and celebrate the weight coming off on an almost daily basis... if you stay committed to yourself and what you are doing. I wish you the best and hope you do great things with your new body.

At first I was sceptical about the diet as I saw many reviews online and all they had to say was positive views about it and I just thought it was too good to be true.

But after doing some research I decided to bite the bullet and actually purchase the product and to my suprise it was filled with awesome information, much of which I had previoulsy used in some way but not structured the perfect way as outlined in this diet, so from that I knew it was the real deal.

For everyone sitting on the sidelines I suggest just go for it, it will definitely be worth your money!

I have spent more on other useless junk that only has only left me short of my goals. I was able to lose 7kgs on 3 weeks on this diet.

Just a week in and 10lb down. I even managed my 24 hour fast as I'm so motivated. It's easy to follow and the weight comes off from the get go. So happy I started on this journey and I have no doubt that the ease of the programme will allow me to continue until I reach my goal weight. Never thought I would say this but I would recommend anyone who has struggled with their weight to give this a go!

Just like any other diet, you would need to stick to it and kill your cravings. Whenever i felt like i couldn't stop my sugar craving i would re-read the 3weekdiet plan and get motivated again. I'm in the middle of the diet and so far i've been positive results!

I love a busy life style with kids in sports, a full time job and being a volunteer in the community! If I can do this diet anyone can. I lost 12 pounds in 8 days. It's crazy. The first week is hard however remember read mind over matter and you can do anything. After that I have stayed on the high protein part of it due to wanting to lose more and consuming no carbs. It's easy because carbs make me feel terrible. I will continue this diet until I have reach my goal weight! This diet is great and works. I've read reviews where people says it's not true, well they haven't tried. It's the easiest fool proof diet ever!

My husband and I both using this diet. We both lost 10lb in the first week and I can honestly say it works. I think the way the manual is written could be improved, to be more user friendly and avoid doubt. BUT, Brian (author) has personally responded to my email queries several times now which I find reassuring and helpful. This diet is a bit like the 5:2, Atkins and slimming world all rolled into one- so you can see how and why it would work. He also explains how and why weight does/not come off and why times to excercise are important. This is my go-to manual now and it is a lifestyle change which I will use forever now. Thank you Brian
