This book is awesome and i lost 20 lbs easily without too much effort. I followed like only 80% of the book and still lost so many lbs.
Its not just the schedule that is helpful, but in general the way is book is written is so inspiring in how to eat well.
I even stopped going to the gym, which never helped me to loose all those lbs. I cancelled the gym membership which pays off the investment on book so easily.
GO for it.
I am looking forward to starting the diet on the weekend. I will pull together some of the ingredients and supplements. I am in diet mode and transitioning from one plan to another so this should not be too hard. Here is hoping. I started out with 50+ pounds to lose 3 months ago and have reduced about 23lbs but have been stuck in a zone for two weeks with very little deviation. Hmmm. I hope the information and the methods get me jump started again. I appreciated the science behind this and the easy read. I would have liked to see the plan laid out in a grid or quick reference sheet. I noticed several typos in the text too which are a wee bit annoying.
This is a very good diet, but it can be hard. I've lost over 5lb in a week. That's never happened in all my years of dieting. I only have 10 lbs to lose, which is always the hardest. Remember, if you buy the diet, commit to it and it will work. Hoping the next 5 comes off as easily!
First of all, dont post a 1 or 2 star review if you cant figure out how to download something or because you werent committed. Second, dont accuse of people posting fake reviews, because this diet works. Anyway, morons aside, I am on day 3 and I have already lost 3 pounds and feel better already.
I am amazed, I've tried numerous diets in the past, Paleo, 4HB and none of them have given me the results in a short amount of time like the 3 week diet.
I am so pleased, I'm 2 wks into it and have lost 8.5lbs. My husband is on it also and has lost weight also. Have not found it difficult to follow and actually enjoy the 24hr fasts. Plan to continue to implement in my daily life from now on. We are overfed!

So i bought the 3 week diet, read everything and i must say im impressed by the information, very impressed however, ive been finding it hard to stick to it maybe cause im not settled, packing to a new place hence no determination. Also, ive been reading so many fantastic reviews on here though im delighted but im wondering if all reviews here are real cause if they are real then i must begin the diet again. I will be starting this diet on monday 7th of september and ill keep you guys all informed. If anyone can reply to my message relating to their own experience i will be more than grateful. Cheers!
Just got this starting it in the morning I hope it works as good as it says. I think I've tried every diet possible and nothing has helped. Will leave an updated review in a week to let you know how I'm succeeding.

I read through the entire plan because I wanted to make sure I understood what the 3 week diet was all about and it had details about why you eat certain foods and what your body needs to be healthy but also lose weight. It was in layman's terms so it was easy to understand. I truly believe this is a diet that anyone can do.
I found the information great and educative. I have tried a ton of diets and failed. I fast well but I'm a lover of fruits. I just made little changes and I'm dropping the weight. The book is so easy to follow. Great workouts and motivational tips. Good job!

I just started the 3 week diet plan and I've lost close to 10 pounds already! I've tried other diet plans but none of them compares with this one. I love the fact that you can eat animal protein from the second day. My skin is looking great as well. I can't wait to come back and share my total weight loss at the end of the 21 days.

I not only fight for weight loss I am a binge eater. I'm not sure I can get through the first few days with no "substantial" food. I am planning to start this next Sat. I need to prepare. Will do a follow-up.
I really felt happy to use this product myself and also for my mom. She does a lot of work everyday, so she doesn't have time to go to gym and do extreme workouts. After i purchased this product, she feels quite comfortable around the "layman type" guidance in those eBooks.

I'm not done with the 3 weeks yet but so far I have lost 16 pounds. It feels great! I just started the last phase and I will do this until I lose all the weight I need to. This really has been the easiest and most effective diet plan out there.
