Thanks to this diet, I am finally happy with my body and my confidence has grown so much since the day I first discovered the website. Yes, I had tried all kinds of diets before than and no, none of them worked. So, you can probably imagine my skepticism when I decided to give another diet a try.

When I first heard about the 3 Week Diet System, I thought that there is some trick about it. Losing 12-23 pounds in just 21 days… How can that be possible? So far so good, I have serious back pain issues so it's hard to even get too active but these exercises are fairly easy although it gives me pain I push through it
To wrap things up, I strongly believe that the 3 week diet plan is a great product that everyone should have. Not only because it is affordable but because it is made by a qualified author on his field. There are tons of fat loss program made by authors who are seemingly qualified but they really don’t have the expertise that Brian Flatt have. They just give out regimens and diet plans without scientific studies to back it up. But this is not a problem to Brian Flatt’s weight loss program because he has the scientific data and the expertise to back it up.
I am on my second time with the 3 week diet. I did fine the first time around until the second high-fat day. Up to then I had lost almost 20 lbs. I was having a hard time keeping the fat content high and the calories count low without having to practically eat just butter and mayo! I would love a couple day menu for those days to help me out. I did gain some weight back after the first time through, but only 8lbs so I was still 12 lbs down and I have kept that off. I only have 6 lbs to reach my goal now. I believe I will reach that, but keeping it off will be the challenge. I hate counting calories and I am sure that is part of the problem.
12/20/15 - additional note. Started making chicken veggie soup with the veggies on the list, chicken breast and organic stock. It is a perfect meal for when I need a meal in a hurry, or don't feel like cooking. Plus I can have a large bowl of it that is very satisfying.

I did get a careless response they the FB PAGE My Wellness My Life. They didn't care that I didn't get my download and said Good Luck! I had to close my bank account too!
Hi somebody asked about salt intake during 3 week diet. I am staying in Mumbai, India with extremely hot and humid weather. I used salts and spices a lot. But it depends on where you stay and how is your health condition

Looks like a great and doable program. I read the book and planned my 3 weeks ahead. 2 days into the program and already lost 1.5 kilos! The tips in the manual are really good and everything about the system explained and easy to understand.
