Hello I purchased a couple pieces of peel and stick wood planks at our local Goodwill they were so pretty so I scanned the back of the plank and it showed where they came from which was super arbor I stay in Dayton Ohio so I think that the company is in Arizona so I figured however those planks got to Dayton someone had to order them so I could do the same thing so I scanned the back and I pulled up super armor and ordered $131.39 worth of material I waited for several weeks although I got no response I emailed I got no response I talked to an AI at one time he almost sounded real until I questioned and said it's his live agent or AI and it was in fact in AI after a long frustration of trying to speak to someone I emailed them again and requested a refund or canceling my order I just don't think this is a very fair treatment for customers to go through if a customer is paying a large amount a small amount regardless what amount of their money to receive a product the least the company or business you do is reach out to that customer to let them know if in fact that their business is being handled professionally because most customers are doing this for their business they have deadlines and houses and buildings to finish and people have homes to finish that have children or they just want their home to be complete and it's not fair it's like the company is saying oh well we got your money so deal with it and they don't return people's money as I read in some reviews which is also fraudulent I feel that there should be a live person for someone to reach out to and speak to on behalf of this company because they are getting a very bad rep from the public or because they are not owning up to their obligations if someone has in fact really gotten their money return or their products please let me know how they were able to speak to someone and actual person because this is really a bad feeling when people have used their hard-on money and get no response and I hate to give this company a bad reputation or review without a fair chance so please let me know if someone has spoken to someone and how I can thank you very much
They (Super Arbor) knew they couldn't come through on a product that's been discontinued. But yet they're advertising it anyway over their website https://superarbor.io/collections/honda/products/*******? Unacceptable. However, clearly there are no longer produced Honda gasoline walk behind lawnmowers, That said, there are some still floating around out there for sale. Case and point, I'm going to buy one in the Midwest for the MSRP price. A three hours drive from my home. Bottom line: Unless you enjoy the hassle of dealing with a BOT AI driven, minimalist and unresponsive human business, go right ahead. Based on this first impression, I will NEVER return! Oh sure, to their credit they did offer other options for lawn mowers I didn't want. Still, first impressions do count. And, I wasn't impressed! Good luck!
I ordered an order of cabinet handles, thinking I would try an alternative to Lowes. Once ordered, I received an email stating that the order is "pending approval", stating that "Our team is reviewing your order to ensure product availability". A reasonable company would follow up with shipping updates - but I heard nothing after four days. I called their help line, and received an AI answer-bot with a womans voice. The bot spent a lot of time confirming my identity, only to tell me at the end that my order is under review. I asked the bot to cancel the order, and it replied that this would have to be reviewed. On my credit card the charge for $260 is pending and once it is charged, I will dispute the payment with the bank. Meanwhile, I have ordered the same items from Lowes, which has immediately provided me with shipping information about the order. Spread the word - this is a scam company.
They have not responded to any of my emails. I was offered Two discount codes from the (one was for 15% and the other for 10%). Neither of the codes they offered worked properly and maxed out at $3.60 no matter what code i used... They also offered a 20% discount for signing up through their website and i never received that code. Something is super suspicious about this company! They Keep sending me random emails about different ways to pay or that i forgot something in my cart, but never respond to my emails asking why the discount codes are not working correct. Done with this company. Their customer service is garbage!
All around, just an absolutely ridiculous first time experience with this company.
I ordered two vanities, picture of the product from website provided. 51 days after my purchase, my item was finally ready for delivery. I was excited to finally have an update, only to find out that SuperArbor "misquoted" my shipping charges and wanted an additional $219 for delivery. I did not want to pay this additional amount, but was told if I were to cancel that I would have to pay a 20% restocking free. It took days to get replies, and ultimately I was forced to pay an additional $119 for delivery.
Once I received the item I noticed that it looks nothing at all like the photo online. You can tell from the provided photos that it is significantly darker than what the photo online looks like. Im not even sure what the return policy is for these items, but after going through this process with SuperArbor I know for a fact that I will not do business with them in the future. I'm rather disappointed because I build houses for a living and was hoping to find a reliable supplier, and instead I feel completely scammed.

Back in March 2024 I had written a review listing all of my efforts to get the flooring that I had ordered in Sept 2023 and then Super Arbor canceling my order with no notice and all my attempts to get a refund after 8 months. A few weeks later I received an email stating that if I would take down the negative review they would initiate the refund. I called Super Arbor and discussed that when I received my refund then I would remove the negative review. I was told that is not how this works. I need to remove the review and then they would send out the refund. So I removed the negative review. Well here we are several months after that fact and I still have not received my refund. Super Arbor is nothing but a scam! Stay away from them! Below is the original review:
I called and verified they had the flooring I needed and upon verification it was in stock I placed the order in Sept 2023. At the end of October I called to check the status of the order and they said it had just shipped. A couple of weeks later I called to see where the order was at and they said they did not have the flooring after all so they canceled my order. Did not receive a phone call, email, nothing. A few weeks later I called to get a status on my credit back to the card and I got a lot of nothing. The person who answered the phone said she had no notes regarding the order but would escalate this to their credit center. A few weeks later I called again and was told they have not heard back from their credit center but would escalate my refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told she was the only person working. I asked for a manager and was told that she was the only one working. To this day I still have not received my $522.
I would highly reccomend this product. I had these on a previous house and they worked great. I you don't like the look of regular rain gutters with all the downspouts, and gushes of rain coming out of the gutters when you have heavy rains, then this is the procuct for u. Very easy to install, took less than 2 hrs to install.
I found exactly what I was looking for and was amazed at the selection of items available. I am grateful as I signed up with my email and even received a welcome discount. Very easy process for checkout as well. Definitely will be returning to purchase more items. Thank you.

I keep asking about my orders # AR******* for$178.85 and my second order #******* for $99.61. That totals $278.46 I'm not hearing anything about either order. I'm told 24-48 hours NOTHING. I'm getting info to report this company to the Better Business Bureau. I have contact. This place plenty of times and no responsive now I am reporting what you don't want to let me know. Ms Baylor
I placed an order for laminite to repair a small section of my room that was damaged. I receieved a shipping confirmation and the payment was taken. The company sent me an email requesting to rate their company on site jabber. I gave them a good rating, but then received an email the next day stating they didn't have what they sold me & that the product had been revamped. What was so rediculous was the alternate they were offering me was 10 mm flooring and a different color when my current flooring was 8mm. Now after my husband has taken up half the room of flooring we are left with no alteranative. Very ticked off to say the least!
Satisfied with purchase. It did take awhile to get my order however I also understand the flooring was discontinued and hard to find. Flooring arrived in excellent condition and looks wonderful. Would definitely shop here again.

Placed an order in August for a "Designer Series Elgin Assembled 18x34.5x23.75 in. Dual Pull Out Trash Can Base Kitchen
Cabinet in White" took a month for the order to process and then wanted me to pay an additional $75.08 for shipping when I had already paid $49.99. I said since this had already been a month I wanted to cancel this order. Have been disputing this with with my credit card company and with Super Arbor ever since. They are quick to respond to the credit company about their twisted policy of they do not refund "discounted items" when I did not see anything about the item I purchased being discounted, but are non-responsive to their customers. Every email and call(If I ever get through) their response is that it will be processed within 2-3 days. This is still going on and I still do not have product or a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Order # *******
Ordered flooring that has been discontinued (Lowes) for some repairs. Since shipping was calculated to be the same for one or two boxes, decided on two, just in case. Was then notified that additional cost for shipping was required. After weeks of back and forth communications and delays, was notified that payment needed updating and link was sent. No email ever received, requested t be resent multiple times. Nothing. Then received notice that order was cancelled. Still needing the flooring for repair, tried to reorder only to find out new minimum order of 10 boxes required. Who would order that much discontinued flooring? Not like it is discounted at all, full price! Tried to plead my case that the original order preceded the new minimum order requirement, only to be told they will not honor that order. No where else to find the flooring, so will live with the dents in our existing until we replace it all in the future. One thing is for sure, never going to anything Arbor again! Two months of frustration.
Constantly received excuses (via email) for not shipping the product. After 2 weeks, I received a response that said it would be another 3-4 weeks before my order would be shipped. I sent an email to cancel the order, as I could not wait another month or longer. Their email said the cancellation would be processed. A week later I received an email that said I could not cancel, all sales are final and that the product would be shipped that day. Still waiting to receive shipping info. I will NEVER deal with this company again.
Don't buy anything from this site it is a scam. They never refunded any money and they never sent me any product. They just kept saying product date is moved out..
I ordered a vanity online and after a few weeks they sent an email asking for an additional $786 in shipping. They said I put in a weight for a 36" vanity but I did not. I ordered a 48" vanity and it automatically put in a weight amount. If you click the icon it gives several weights but has no description of what they correspond to.
I went to the Better Business Bureau site and there are hundreds of complaints against them.
My story is common.
Avoid. Short story, refused to let me cancel and then told me a month later they needed $400 more for delivery, despite "confirming" delivery already.
I ordered flooring over a month ago.
Low communications. Order stayed as "confirmed". No updates - even when i was able to get ahold of the company.
I tried to cancel two weeks in, to go with another company. Was then told vendors were working on it and it couldn't be canceled.
A week later i called to get another update and was told delivery between Oct 20-Oct-27. I asked for a tracking number and told they use private delivery or something, and no tracking.
Oct 25 i called again to get an update and was told it would be delivered in the next day most likely. Still no tracking, and no delivery appointment … but they would call to set that up.
The next day, Oct 26, they sent an email that their vendor needed $400 more to ship it.
I don't believe it was ever close to shipping. There is no way the vendor discovered they needed more money the day i was supposed to receive it.
I found this company via arbor-home.com, but the invoices said Arborb, and other contact info said superarbor.io.
I was able to find less than generous reviews under those names - i suspect they roll new names to avoid bad reviews.
Answer: They had what the other vendors didn't in stock. Was an easy choice after that.
Answer: Nope. Total waste of time. Two months of total frustration.
Answer: Phone people aren't very helpful and email is extremely slow to respond. In short, don't waste your time dealing with this 'company'.
