Ordered some vinyl wood plank flooring from this company, they said it would be delivered by the end of August. End of August, no flooring. Called them, they said it would now be the end of October. Irked me that I had to reach out to them, a respectable company will reach out to the customer. Anyway, end of Oct, no flooring. Again, I have to call them. They say they don't know when they will have the flooring. They took my money and had no intention of ever delivering. Told them cancel my order and refund my money. They say three to five business days. Its now 8 business days and no money. If this crummy little company thinks they are going to walk away with my money, they are in for a rude awakening. DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE SCAM ARTISTS
