Bad News! No Conformation. No communication. Serious lag time on orders. Incompetent representatives. Unauthorized Add On Cost!
I order two ceiling fans that I paid over $500 for. I never received my ceiling fans, but they took the money out of my credit card. When I called then they kept pushing the delivery date back by months. Its been a year and a half, they never delivered my fans or gave me back my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Placed order in April 2023. Super Arbor has taken my money and not provided a product. They have been saying it is on back order since May, I guess hoping that I will eventually cancel so they can (maybe) refund me minus 20%, per their policy. I still have not received a refund. My order total was $250+.
I placed a door order on 6/15 for a total of $648.99 including tax and shipping. The door was promised delivery of 9/1. Now they tell me I have to reorder the door, wait 4 more weeks and pay an additional $200. They should have delivered the door as promised at the price confirmed.
I sourced the door from another supplier at the original price. I will never do business with Super Arbor again and will be happy to share my personal experience with your worthless company.
Ordered 13 Boxes of flooring. Some of the product was already cut and had visible damage other items were manufactured wrong, the seams were cut wrong and could not be matched with other pieces. Over half my flooring was not usable. Super Arbor would not accept responsibility and would not take a return or issue a refund.
Bought over $1100.00 of roofing products in 5/2022, to this date 8/2023 no roofing and no refund! Can't believe these liars and thieves are still in business!
Nothing is upfront with Super Arbor. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone there, they change pricing on a whim AFTER an order has been placed. Their customer service is THE WORST. Do not buy anything from this company. Seriously, they're a rip off
I should have done my research on Super Arbor before ordering however I didn't as I trusted the th freakin internet... 1st mistake! I ordered some discontinued flooring that I was looking for from Lowe's and just happened to find it on the Super Arbor website. I placed the order for 9 boxes of flooring and within 4 days received an email that my purchase was ready to ship but that there would be some addition shipping cost. I immediately went to read the reviews on this so-called company and found all of the negative complaints. I also read all the complaints with the BBB... I wished I had do my research before placing an order however I have reached out to my lawyer about Super Arbor and their deceptive trade practices, which are illegal furthermore they also are deceptive in their advertising, by misleading and fooling people by lying about the price, quantity, and/or quality or standard of the item; and by lying about times, dates, and locations where the goods are available and because of these deceptions I will be pursuing legal action against this company and you should too!

Absolute waste of time and energy. I placed an order 6 months ago, no reply to my messages or emails. Basically I've been waiting and waiting for absolutely no reason. At least tell me to F off so I can go else where instead of dragging this on for months.
Today is June 24,2023. On May 31,2023, I ordered a charcoal grill, and the shipping cost was paid. After many requests and no real person to chat with, I attempted to cancel my order. On June 15, I received a second invoice with additional shipping fees in the amount of $140.00. I have been trying to get a refund ever since, and still cannot get a straight answer from the company.
I ordered $200 in vinyl plank flooring, never received the item and kept being told it'll be months before it ships. Now I can't even reach anyone at this horrible company. Thankfully I have more money then I know what to do with so I have hired my best lawyers to deal with them. I'll let everyone know how it goes, hopefully they will be forced to pay everyone back that they screwed over.

Please trust all the negative reviews you are reading here. I went against my better judgment and ordered some flooring from here. It was discontinued at my local stores so I took a chance. I ordered at the end of Dec 2022. It was promised within a few weeks, I made several calls. Each time I was told there were delays at the warehouse and dates kept being pushed back. Then 4 days prior to the newly promised ETA, on April 4th (four months after I ordered, delaying my project), I got an email asking for more money in order to ship it. When I called to complain, I was told that I needed to either pay it or they would cancel my order, but will not guarantee that they are refunding me any money. When you call, you get the same person each time- super suspicious. There appears to be one woman who answers phones, she transfers to another department and it's the same guy each time. He refused to let me speak to a manager and told me it's in the terms and conditions that if you buy discontinued items, they need to "review any requests for cancellation" and no refund is guaranteed. I assume I've been scammed, so I posted some reviews to warn others and got an unprompted call from the same suspicious man telling me they would only refund my money if I took down then negative reviews. I did so with the promise that I'd get my money refunded. The same woman called twice after in April and May asking about my order and if I wanted it fulfilled. I have asked her to stop calling and refund me. She always say she'll "forward my request." It is now June, no refund. They stole $300 from me. If this is a legitimate business, the business model is severely lacking, but it appears to be two people from my many interactions. Please, please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I ended up with different floors from the big box store but at least they didn't steal my money and harass me, and I actually got the floors to finish my project.
This is a garbage company. They take your money and scam you out of ever getting anything! Don't waste your life on this awful waste of time scam of a company. No refunds, no products. I can't believe this is legal.
We reported them to the government. I doubt anytime will happen since it's a scam. But BUYER BEWARE!
I gave them one star because I had to in order to leave a review. Ordered flooring and waited 3 months then followed up and was told it would be another 3 months. No one ever notified me of the delay and all of their emails seem automated - no clear answers. I cancelled the order and luckily I paid through Klarna so I received a refund. Complete waste of time and huge inconvenience when trying to schedule installers.
I ordered over 400$ of goods. Kept back ordering and after months waiting saying product was discontinued they refused refund due to BS policy hidden in fine print. On top of that some of products still advertising on site today. I have reached out to AG office and BBB next do not use. Shisters!
This company take your money, don't have the product and when you ask them for a refund, they tell you it will take 7-10 business days.
It's a scam. Only order if you want to give away money. All phone reps are located in another country and will try and convince you to purchase. Once you do, your money is gone.
Never received my order or my money back. I ordered the flooring and after awhile I tried to cancel it. They promised to do so but two years later still nothing. Big scammers
They take your money, tell you your product will ship soon and then the delays. After months of delays you ask for your money back and the say the product was discontinued and their policy is no refunds for discontinued products, meaning you get no product and they get to keep the money. Hundreds of bbb.org complaints about these guys never shipping product and truly horrible customer service. Only a matter of time before they catch some kind of fraud claim.
Answer: They had what the other vendors didn't in stock. Was an easy choice after that.
Answer: Nope. Total waste of time. Two months of total frustration.
Answer: Phone people aren't very helpful and email is extremely slow to respond. In short, don't waste your time dealing with this 'company'.
