My niece was very last minute with making her mind up about prom. I was on the hunt for her dress. I found this website 27Dress.com and see a very elegant dress for her. Sent her a few pics and she love a of the dresses but she could only pic one. He dress she chose was stunning. She looked absolutely fabulous in it. They made sure I received the dress in time. Her dress fitted her to the T. I sent her measurements and they did a very good job. It is well worth it. Id recommend them to everyone. Initially she wanted a expensive designer to make her dress which was about $450 I told her no let look around and we found way better and cheaper price but valuable taste. Very good fabric. Well worth it. Thanks so much.

This dress was beautiful like was literally a show stopper I LOVED it, I would highly recommended this for anyone although the train was very long and I was tripping on my own dress that still didnt change how much I loved it. Im very skinny and the dress was a little to big and I had to get it altered but that was never a problem that I couldnt fix and I needed it ASAP and they delivered the dress at the request of me needing it it actually came a week before its timing

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Sent a dress made so poorly that our 92 pound daughter couldn't even pull it up. The legs were so tight you couldn't even get it up one leg! When I made a request for return they responded with wanting pictures. I immediately sent back pictures to prove it. They wanted pictures with measurements, I sent the pictures showing the erroneous measurements. They wanted pictures from a seamstress measuring it, I sent pictures of a professional seamstress with the measurements. She said this dress was made just completely wrong and that the custom measurements I had sent were all correct. They would not offer any resolution! They would not post my comment on their website or Facebook page to WARN other people not to waste their hard earned money! Their phone number doesn't work. We are out $250 plus the time going to the seamstress for their run around, and my daughter doesn't have the dress she wanted for her prom. We've used DH Gate for several dresses and have never had a problem. 27Dress is a SCAM! They will steal your money.

These people deserve a NEGATIVE ZERO rating. I ordered a dress for my daughters school Winter dance, and the dress I received looks NOTHINGGGGGG like the dress my daughter and I found and purchased on their website. I wish this review would let me post pictures so you could see the lie they sell to people. Ive emailed over and over and all I get every time is comments like Our tailor saw pictures and dress is pretty? Really? Thats beyond a lie. Not only that, but the zipper is not working properly either. The color turned out orange in color and is NOT at all the dress we ordered. $186 later, I cannot get a refund? Their customer service is absolutely terrible and worthless. The sad thing is that they know they are wrong and they just keep bull crapping all of us good and trusting, hardworking people who pay hard earned money. They should be ashamed of themselves... period. Ive read all of these bad reviews that people have posted (which I wish I had read before I purchased the dress), and its unbelievable that these people are able to stay in business. I also saw underneath the reviews where they were fake and posted these so-called nice comments to those who left negative reviews... and let me tell you... they are not really being kind and have no integrity when they can take your money, make a cheap and fake dress that looks NOTHING like the one that you ordered, not refund your money because of their lies and mistakes, and THEY KNOW IT. Sad. Truly sickens me. They deserve a big, fat ZERO on the rating scale... better yet, like a negative ZERO.

I ordered my debs dress off 27dress.com, very fast shipment and I was absolutely delighted with how my dresses turned out. The girls wore really polite to deal with and help me out with my custom measurements and stuff. The dress was absolutely perfect came with every bit of detail as shown in the picture. I will defiantly be back and Ill be spreading the word about this website. Now my mam is currently ordered her wedding dress + 2 bridemaids dresses from this website. Thanks again girls.
