If I could I would rate it a negative 4. Terrible customer service, they take your money then don't respond or send you your dress. I rush ordered my prom dress and it's was supposed to be here 2 months ago. My prom is in less than 2 weeks. Don't use this bull$#*! exscuse of a online store.

I thought it was more of a dark green, but it's a slightly dark green. Would be beautiful on a different person, but I need a bolder look. It's a very soft, gentle dress with a soft/light fabric on the bottom. Very detailed lace. I ordered a large, and it probably would've fit a 10. I'm a 6.

I saw that you used two different postal services. You guys shouldn't use EMS EXPRESS SERVICES anymore because my dress is still somehow "preparing" and it's been almost one month.
I bought this dress for my Prom and when I first got it, it looked weird at first until I tried it on, then I loved it! It looks so gorgeous on and I love the lace, it was personally my favorite part. I am satisfied with the quality and would use this site again.
Order a dress two months prior to the event. They charged me the $219.00, but never received the dress. I could not track it nor would they answer any of the three emails they show on the site. They also have a phone number on the site they do not answer.
I don't have my dress it said ship date: 04/10/19 but it's two days after and still says the same thing
My daughter placed an order a prom dress a month in advance, and they guaranteed delivery on time. 2 days before the prom, it still did not ship, and they said that would ship it within 24 hours. They didn't. And now customer service will not respond. I'm not holding my breath for a refund.
My daughter ordered her wedding dress when received it was the wrong dress nothing like what she had ordered we tried calling 67 times no reply emailed 98 times no reply I've did some research and found that this place has been investigated and was found to be a scam I have proof I took a screen shot of the article I DO NOT advise ANYONE to order from this place we have asked for a refund and nothing place takes your money and u get what they decide to send you
I have ordered from them when I want something nice and cheap and I have never been disappointed. I love their store I can be hours seen those dresses and the ones that I got were well made.
I ordered a dress for my daughter's Senior prom. We ordered the dress on February 27 and got a shipment date of March 18. I contacted the company several times when the dress was not shipped on the 18th. You can only reach them through email it seems, cause they never respond to that WhatsApp. The last email on March 28, I asked for a full refund or a shipment confirmation as I needed the dress by April 3. Well, on March 30, they sent me a shipment confirmation stating the dress will be here on April 2. When I checked the shipment confirmation, it was not my dress, but a dress being shipped to another customer in New York. I lost a day's worth of pay to travel to find my daughter a dress for April 6. I have asked for a full refund, and now I am waiting. NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE BE WARNED!
Ladies call you bank and have them stop payment. Gather all the email correspondence and take them to your bank showing how these people will stop responding when they don't produce what they promised, so the bank can attempt to get your money back. Kimi is the person that responds in the wee hours of the morning because she or he thinks you're asleep, promising to talk the manager about a refund but it's all lies!
Told me that I could only get 30% of my refund because they had finish the dress. So I said well send me the tracking number for the shipped dress and no response until early next morning around 2:00 am. Then they said well I'll talk to the manager about your refund Monday. Monday came and went until early Tuesday Morning, and message said "Will talk to manager tomorrow about refund! I said to them, " You said that Sunday" They're liars! Sorry ladies about the horrible experience you're getting from these people, when it should be a happy and exciting time!

I ordered my dress February 10 th and it's now March 25th and still no dress also, there is no contracting tgem the number is fake and the email is a scam no one will contact you back, ladies please do not trust these people too have your special event dress ready. My prom is luckily May 4th and I have time too get a new one also if you can't get a refund, like me go too your bank and tell them an place randomly took your money and they will handle it. Do not ABSOLUTELY NO TRUSTING THEM.
Dress looks so beautiful but make sure to measure yourself very well before you order because sizes run small. I love this dress but have to return because waist is not applicable and don't fit my body. I am between 8 and 10 so if I will have to order due to waist it will be size 14th.
I ordered a dress and realized after reading all the reviews, I should've known not to. Ive tried calling and emailing this company about how I am able to cancel my order and I still have not received any response back. The phone number doesnt work and it tells you to leave a voicemail message but you cant because the mailbox is full. Wishing I read the reviews before I ordered.
