Very happy with my wristbands. This was my second time getting wristbands from you, but I don't remember the shipping and handling being $15.00 last time. It seems like a lot from Houston to Helotes, Texas. On the website it showed the same price from China? But overall I'm satisfied and will use you again in the future.

Really easy to design! Affordable, the only thing I didn't like was the fact that the site didn't show you your grand total with tax/shipping until after you confirmed your purchase. But besides that, no complaints!
This is our 2nd order so i know what to except, however on other sites you can see a preview of your design before confirming. Lettering & design are printed a little crooked and some lettering cut off, but we use these for give aways. So with the very low price and what we use them for, they are good enough.
Very easy
I was pleased with the product. I had a last minute brainstorm on getting rubber wristbands to hand out at my son's birthday party. I had read a few of the reviews that were mixed so I wasn't sure what to expect. I think the quality is fine, and the printing is perfect and well done. I wish I had thought of this idea earlier to avoid some of the upcharges associated with requesting short production and delivery time, but that was my mistake. They arrived on time and my son is very pleased to be handing them out this weekend.

Disappointed that I didn't know bracelets were coming all the way from China. Delivery time when ordering was a little deceiving.

This company is horrible and has the worst customer service ever. They say that you can make changes/updates until it is in a certain stage of the process, but when you submit the changes they still do not get made. Then on top of that we should have received the order within a couple of weeks and it took a month and multiple phone calls to even get it and it was still WRONG! I submitted multiple tickets also and not once did I get a reply on a ticket nor was anybody that I chatted with helpful at all! DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SIGHT
