This order was to help get votes out for a school budget. I was supposed to get them Friday...I didn't get them Saturday either. They showed up today at 1;15 PM only after I call Fedex and $#*!ed!

One of the bands that was supposed to be a swirl is not. It doesn't look anything like the photo. The other band has a yellow stain on the white section.

Wrist bands received in good time, prices are great, i got the ink injected wrist bands, font was clean the only issues i had was some of the ink injected color was fading halfway through the message and some were too blotchy, but all in all this is a great service i look forward to ordering from again
Website is easy to use, I would have liked to receive a proof prior to production, I call customer service and requested one but never got anything. Fast production and the product is spot on

Pleasant experience, except it is difficult review your order when it prompts you to. Shipping took a day longer than I expected. No receipt included in order.
After 3 weeks, I started calling customer service once a week and kept getting the same answer, it's in the mail, check for tracking # in 24 hours. Nothing. I started a customer service ticket to get some answers and they never replied. I finally got my order today 6 weeks later.
If I ever order from them again, I will choose my product to be made in the USA rather than China, because I believe that's the problem. However, at this time I don't plan on EVER using this company again.
Sight was easy enough to navigate and price listing was very helpful. My only concern is with my buttons I ordered, there was no image placement option, so hopefully my custom image is placed and centered where I want it.
