Very disappointing! I was happy with the online ordering, that part is great, but when I received my wristbands, I was missing part of the order. I have called customer service several times, the first call was answered by a very rude lady who didn't seem to care or want to listen. The second call was better as far as rudeness, but she was unable to help, and said her manager would call me back when she arrived to work, 4 hours later. This site was recommended by a friend who had previously used them for cancer bands, so I thought this would be a great place to go as well. I now have wrist bands that I can not use, because they are wrong, and the company is unwilling to help fix the situation. I was hoping to raise money for a close friend suffering from Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer, but, I am now stuck with bands that I can not use.

Customer service line was on hold 3 times and then got hung up on.
The website was very easy to navigate. Lots of selections and prices are reasonable. Love the fact that you have the option to choose the location where your product will be manufactured. In this case in the U.S or abroad. The price difference was not that much. So is a good way to support American jobs. Like the updates that I receive about my order. The time in which was delivery was fast. Happy with the product. I would recommend this site to my friends and would be a return shopper.
Very user friendly, only thing missing is a chance to preview the item with artwork before committing to the purchase. I look forward to seeing the finished product.
FOLLOW UP: I received my items faster than expected. Quality overall was VERY good. I am planning another order soon and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
