I tried to place order last week and had question but no one email me back
The overall experience would have been a great one. The only thing I did not like was the fact that during the order process we are given a subtotal amount and asked to provide credit card information for this amount. However, upon confirming the order you are not given a total amount for the order until after your credit card is charged. I had to pay an additional $30 for the order for shipping, handling etc, which I do not mind paying. Just inform the customer of the total amount before charging the credit card. Those $30 could make a difference in choosing another vendor altogether that is lower in cost or weather or not I want to move forward with my order. For the suggestion box, please provide the total amount before charging for the order so we will know exactly what we are being charged before placing the order.
I tried many other screen printing sites before I found yours & all the others showed me how my koozie would look before I ordered. I chose your site because the other websites couldn't get my order done by the time I needed them.
Website easy to use, but a little difficult to find right font size and font color if you want to order 2 styles of bands. Checkout total did not match total on email receipt. I was charged $15 additional shipping for the free 100 bands. It doesn't cost $15 extra dollars for the same shipment plus it was not on the checkout bill. This is fraud. Bands did not look like pictures on website. I ordered marbelized colors, but the bands came out striped.

Designing and ordering was a BREEZE! The free 100 bands you receive if you order a certain amount was awesome. They came in less than a few days, and looked GREAT! I will definitely order from this business again, and refer everyone who needs things done! Very satisfied!

Decent selection, wasnt awaree the two/tone bands are one color dyed over the other, quality of job is cheap no standard of seperation of colors total uneven and some are real smeared.
