Can you say switch and bait?
Placing order on line I was told subtotal was 97.99
I had a coupon code taking my online subtotal to 83.29
This did not include tax. NP I thought.
When I received the email confirmation my subtotal was 112.99 --- REALLY and extra 29.70? - I was told that since I clicked and showed up in the description of my order to have 100 free that there is actually a 15.00 charge - THIS IS TOTALLY NOT FREE, ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY ADDED ALMOST TWICE THAT.
I called the 800 number and they could not help me.
Then called customer service who were unable to help saying they would call me back in an hour or so. On line it says changes can only happen within 5 min of placing the order. I got in touch with them on line and they agreed to subtract 15.68 as this was my first order (I guess splitting the amount), and said it would be done in 3 days.
I have now received my order, however have still not been credited the amount I was told. Order place on 1/8. Today is 1/23... I am still awaiting a resolution. Today I counted my wristbands and it was short - they are not righting this and I asked about my credit and was told I need to wait another 3-7 days. If you use 24hourwristbands, please be careful and get everything in writing.
I finally rehere has to be a better wristband company out there. Ceived the credit on 2/7.

Shipping was a bit late but I was still able to use the beer coolers for my BFA art show reception.
I was impressed with the customer service staff. I place an order with free shipping but they advised me it may not arrive by the deadline. They upgraded my order and all products arrived, well made, by my deadline.
I appreciate the updates, this sort of communication should be an example to how all products should be delivered. Thank you!

The company does not make clear what the production time line is, only that you can get any kind of shipping for no cost. And that is really NOT true. The fact that costs were added after I agreed to a price was shocking to me. I will be following up with both the BBB and the AG in TX on this. Deceptive business practice, unhelpful customer service. Shame on this company.

Answer: Go to your local sign store such as Signarama and buy local and they are the same price with no shipping charges.
