I won't buy from this company again nor recommend them to anyone. I paid for 2 day shipping and got my order 6 days later which was after my event.

Had a lot of trouble ordering online. My connection with other sites was good, but had to cancel and re-do my order several times before it went through.
Although my confirmation had an "/" (which wasn't in my custom order) for my custom order, I was assured that what I typed in for my custom saying was correct.
When I received my order, it was exactly what I expected and ordered, AND I received 2 of them! I was very pleased with the communication even though I was hesitant ordering from this company the 1st time.
I only need 240 wrist bands, but in 16 different colors. I am having to place separate orders to avoid purchasing 1600 bands to provide the adequate colors.
