I would like to see on the can coolers what it would look like. The same way you do with the wristbands. Iwas supposed to have free three day production. I ordered Tuesday night(2/3) and they didn't go into production until the following Monday(2/9). Called customer service the first time and kind of got the run around but was given a shipping number for the USPS. The second time I called the rep was much more helpful. She gave me a shipping number for FedEx for the same order. She did however give me a 10% discount. Finally received my order Friday(2/13) by FedEx.

This is my second comment I just ordered and I received my order 2 days after the. This is the second time this has happened. I Love your product I payed extra for shipping and I am very disappointed.
The order process was good, but was disappointed with "hidden" fees for free 100 bands, having to pay an additional $15 for shipping with the others that were "free". Also, the $19 for taxes, customs, etcs, this all added about 40% to the cost we thought was the actual price.

Ordering from 24hourwristbands.com was quick and easy! They had a really nice array of options, and their online interface was intuitive and clean. Their prices were considerably lower than the other websites I researched. I work for a nonprofit organization, so the price point is always a consideration! I will definitely be returning for more of their fun products!
At first everything looked good then I got an e-mail the 100 free wrist bands are not free and have a $15 handling charge. Please tell me why this is not listed under the area that says free wrist bands. Why wasn't the $15 charge added at check out? Why were there customs and other charges when these did no come from out of the country? With how great your site please tell me why you could not have all the charges listed at check out?
They arrived on-time as a last minute order so I will keep my promise and be a customer forever (bar any potential service failures in the future---of course)!
