I wish that I had received an email confirming my purchase the day I placed the order. This would have been helpful. I was nervous. I finally found how to track the order at the website. I think you should also send an email with tracking information when the package is on the way.

You might fix the proof so that it shows it on a person, I called your customer support because it looked small and may have even said "Wrist Lanyard" or something, but they came through.
Turnaround time was amazing. Loved the little updates that were emailed every time.

The customer service department is rude and seemingly too busy to be of great service. I had to call customer service multiple times to get what I needed and when the shirts finally came, I was disappointed. The packaging is inadequate, especially for insane amount of money I paid for it. Several shirts are smudged with grease from shipping. :( Overall this was a very disappointing shopping experience.
