Fast delivery but product was very poor and faded.
I tried to contact 24 hour wristbands to cancel my free 100 so I wouldn't have to pay the shipping (20 minutes after I ordered) But it wouldn't allow me to email. I tried about 8 different times and it would never allow me to send the email.
Product was easy to order. Received product fairly quickly. Watch out for hidden shipping & handling cost tacked onto total after your payment is processed.
I canceled my order two weeks ago and it suddenly showed up yesterday. I needed these for my class reunion two weeks ago and outlined that in the comments section of the order. I also stated that if there would be any problem delivering the order in that time, to call me instantly. I paid for 7-day production and even paid for overnight delivery to make sure I received them on time. They showed up three weeks later.
When I called the company, they said it was already too late to cancel the order and that I should have read their Terms & Conditions. REALLY?!?! Then what took another TWO WEEKS to finish them? And apparently the T&C is where they hide the scam. They refuse to do anything even though the event has long passed. The artwork even had the EVENT DATE on it.
This company is a SCAM, and will do and say whatever it takes to keep your money! I am now stuck with over $200 in useless lanyards.

I was somewhat disappointed in the turn-around time from order date to delivery date. Also I thought the print was a little too big but that was my fault. The wristbands look just like the sample one when I ordered them. They were a little pricey, if you didn't offer the 100 free ones, I really would have felt the price was way too high. However, my cousin, who I had them made for, is very pleased and if she is happy, then I am happy and I may order more in the future. Thanks!

The service and wristbands were great!
Initial (advertised) prices were good. There were some hidden fees that I was unaware of until after checkout was complete. Someone explained them to me, but I just think the fees should be more apparent before a buyer clicks the checkout button and their card is charged.
It is very easy to order online and contains a variety of styles and choices.

This was the first time I ever ordered buttons. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to have my buttons look as I wanted. The order status page was less than optimal and the status was somewhat vague. But all in all it was a fairly easy and painless experience. I would - no, scratch that - I will definitely use them again.
Asking me about recommending the site or buying from you all again should be reserved for after I receive my order.
Editing was confusing. Would like to see a save button so you know you're saving the product in your cart you were working on.
Everything looked great. The color wasn't as dark as it looked online. Only disappointment.
The 7 Day processing took 9 days. The Buttons on the site were confusing and did not work. The process was somewhat frustrating but the Product itself was top notch and has become a part of our regular inventory. The Token Shop
