Easy to use website. Order came when it said it would. I don't think I would order the raised writing again. It is hard to read it. Other than that I am happy with the order.

I definitely liked how they sent an email to confirm the design and kept you updated on what was going on with your order. Shipping was fast however I received an email asking if I had recieved my order before it had been delivered.

Product is great! The overall time from when I ordered, until when I received the koozies, was a little longer than anticipated. However, it was still a decent amount of time. If I ever need to order a similar product, I will definitely use this site. They were also very informative as to what stage of the creation process that my order was in. I received multiple email updates about my order. Overall, I am pleased.
Items weren't added to my cart as I added them to my order. That was confusing.

Only thing is I didn't receive tracking number email so I was unable to track my shipment up until the day before it got here meaning I spent the whole weekend wondering if I was going to get my shipment on time.

I think viewing a preview of my button would have made me realize what changes I needed to make in the photo or select a background. I did not see those options. I did receive email updates on the progress of my order up until it went to shipping on the 3rd of August and then nothing. The buttons were ordered on the 1rst of August and I received the buttons on the 8th of August. I cannot tell you how this company compares to others as this is the first time I have ordered anything like this so I have no idea of price comparisons, quality or speed. My problems with the website in selecting options still stands. I was told I could select one side of a fan for printing when the option was not present from the drop down menu. I was not told what I did wrong just that I had the option to select when I didn't. Umm, this was a personal item that I needed for a wedding so therefore I was pleased to find this service... And it is on time for the wedding but then I do not leave much to the last minute.
Received multiple automated calls about artwork approval, days after it was approved -and never received tracking info for shipment. PHONE customer service for help, they were excellent. Website, not as helpful.
