Always quick and efficient.

Design and purchase was very easy. Order arrived when estimated. Feedback on the status of the order was excellent. Only two opportunities for improvement:
1) I ordered pins and the quality of the actual pin mechanism wasn't great
2) Some sort of "Actual Size" rendering on the design screen would be nice. Some print came out very small on the actual product but that's on me to not have thought about actual size.

Completely satisfied.

Very quick and a fair price except for overnight shipping. A bit steep!

Had a little trouble in the beginning with the website and trying to get my 100 free wristbands when you buy 100. But the Customer Service People were great and helped me get everything I needed. Also had a misunderstanding of when I needed the wristbands, but again Custom Service dealt with me and got me my wristbands here the day I needed them for my function. I am very pleased with the wristbands. They look AWESOME!

Couldn't find where to put in Sitewide coupon code. I shouldn't have to pay to see the design. Vista print DOES NOT Charge.

My order # is IM90A*******. If I enter the $20 off coupon I get in the email from the last time I ordered 3 months ago, the online order will fail. So 3 months and this still hasn't been fixed? Also, the $20 really just offsets the ridiculous shipping charge. Aside from this, I have always got what I ordered and service has been great.

My order took two weeks to get here, when I expected it much sooner. There is not sufficient info on the website when ordering to let you know what/how much. I felt I had to constantly change my order until I was okay with my final selection.

I liked how fast I received my product and the quality. However, I wish on the website there were measurements of the products as well as an exchange policy. The product I received was too small for what I needed, but the return policy has a 25% restocking fee which is crazy.

I will never buy from this site again because of that issue.

Delivery was within days. Ordered 3,000 Tyvec event bands. Bands were not of same sequence however, which will make it a bit harder to track gate attendance. Overall very satisfied and would use again.
