I ordered 250 wristbands and paid $20 extra for inside 'printing' the outside looked fine but the inside was embossed and basically invisible. In the online example they show you it is a grey ink instead of embossing. I called to complain that I paid $20 extra for invisible writing. I was told I should have clicked on the tiny (i) for more information and there was nothing they could do. I told them it said 'inside PRINT' not EMBOSS and the online example with my slogan was in an off white color and that's what I thought I was getting. So instead of giving me $20 off my next order and keeping me as a customer. They chose to stick it to me.

I wasn't entirely sure what to expect when the package arrived but I was very pleasantly surprised! The lanyards were neatly organized and bundled together. When I have need of more things I will definitely come back.

If you can get my product to me on time i will NEVER order custom items from any other company and i spend a lot of money per year on such personalized items. I am a fine arts teacher at an elementary school, a board member for a local theatre, community activist, and an overall giver.if i am happy with my order, you will have LOTS of business coming your way. I put on 6 shows a year and send gifts to school board members, guests, musicians, and local ambassadors.
