Terrible terrible company. Does not honor their guaranteed production times or shipping estimates. They will hold your order hostage until you pay exorbitant shipping prices ($130 +).
I was afraid the shipment wouldn't arrive in time for our event this weekend and 24 hour wristbands came through and surprised me with my shipment today. Our business does a lot of ordering through this website and we have been very satisfied with what we receive. Thank you 24HR WB!

The ordering was so great with the wristbands, however, your could hardly see the imprint on them. I was so excited when I received them but was highly dissappointed that I could barely tell what they said. I kept them BUT I was really not pleased. I did receive the at a timely manner.
I ordered wristbands for our daughters cancer benefit and they were received with lots of great responses. I now ordered them to give out at our VFW from the Auxiliary on Veterans day. Looking forward to hearing great things from everyone.
We had 2 colors of ink for the font on the front of the bands. One black and one red. On about half of the wristbands we saw the black bleed into the red a little bit making those wristbands "undesirable."

I ordered 100 custom mouse pads printed with a photo and our logo on them. The quality of the printing is great. We were to be using these for an event and needed them by a specific date. When I notified the company the day before our event saying that they hadn't yet arrived, they assured me that they'd overnight them to me for the next morning's delivery. And it was true. I felt their customer service was great, and I'd definitely use them again.
Product was received in less then a week, I placed my order for 100 wristbands and got 100 for free, this is the 2nd time I order from them.
All of our orders for Wristbands always come in a timely manner and look great. Customer Service is wonderful also.
Was not expecting such great wristbands! Especially getting the 100 free with a purchase of 100 was the best part! I will be buying again! Everyone loved them and can't wait until I order more!
Turnaround time was great! Quality was a little poor due to the fact that some of the bands had ink imprints other than the writing that was supposed to be on the band.

Great buy
I ordered these wristbands as a small fundraising opportunity for a HUGE fundraising event. They were and still are a huge success! My one and only negative comment would be that a few of them had defects. Not enough to complain about, but we could not sell them nonetheless. All in all - a great item!

I ordered 1500 custom woven lanyards for a client. After going back and forth with customer service for days to make sure we were ordering what was wanted, including pictures and multiple proof reviews, the product arrives and I was disappointed in the quality and product. Not want we wanted.
Promises to deliver on time did not pull through. Requested additional money to edit the art work and we paid it. A lot of time and crazy messages without leaving any name or number to contact them kept us guessing who left that message and to whom. Still more requests to add fees to finish the order, which at this point we didn't. A second date was promised... still a day late... totally missed our event that they were intended to be used at. All in all, they were 2 weeks and 2 days past the original set delivery date. Will not use this company again.
I ordered 1000 wristbands came in individual bags which was nice. Great product and fast turnaround! Received the product sooner than expected.
